fa بررسی تاثیر واحد درسی جامعه‌نگر نظری بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد (خود اظهار) مرتبط با پیشگیری از بیماری‌‌های دهان و دندان در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="rtl"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> ارزیابی روند آموزش از ملزومات آموزش موفق است. هدف از این مطالعه تاثیر واحد جامعه‌نگر نظری بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد (خود اظهار) دانشجویان در حیطه دندانپزشکی پیشگیرانه در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و رضایت آنان از نحوه ارایه این واحد درسی بود.</p> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> گروه مداخله دانشجویان سال چهارم دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و گروه مقایسه دانشجویان سال چهارم دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بودند. پرسشنامه شامل سوال‌های زمینه‌ای و سوال‌های مربوط به دانش، نگرش و عملکرد در حیطه پیشگیری و رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان بود. مداخله شامل 17 جلسه هفتگی (یک ساعته) واحد جامعه‌نگر نظری بود. مجموع امتیازات سوالات دانش، نگرش و عملکرد محاسبه شد و تغییرات صورت گرفته توسط مدل جنرال خطی تحلیل آماری شدند.</p> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین امتیازات دانش گروه مداخله در ابتدا 9/16 (0/4) و بعد از مداخله 7/23 (4/3) و گروه مقایسه در ابتدا 3/16 (5/3) و بعد از مداخله 17 (3/3) بود. مدل جنرال خطی نشان داد که مداخله در افزایش معنی‌دار (0001/0>P) امتیاز دانشجویان در دانش مرتبط با پیشگیری موفق بوده است. بیشتر دانشجویان (92%) از یادگیری موارد جدید در طی ارایه این واحد درس احساس رضایت کردند.</p> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> دانش دانشجویان در زمینه پیشگیری با گذراندن واحد جامعه‌نگر نظری که با شیوه استاد- محور سخنرانی ارایه گردید به طور موفقیت‌آمیزی افزایش پیدا کرد. با استفاده از مزایای روش‌های دانشجو محور ممکن است موجب تغییر نگرش و عملکرد در حیطه پیشگیری در دانشجویان شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Evaluation of the training is a principle for successful education. This study evaluated the effect of the theoretical course of community oral health on knowledge, attitude and self-reported practice of preventive dentistry in dental students at Tehran University of Medical Sciences and assessed the students' satisfaction from the course.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The intervention group comprised the forth-year students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Dental School and the controls were the forth year students of Shahid Beheshti Medical University. The questionnaire included questions on backgrounds, knowledge, attitude and practice of students towards preventive dentistry, and students' satisfaction from the course. The intervention was 17 weekly sessions (hours) of the community oral health course. The sum of scores for questions on backgrounds, knowledge, attitude and practice were calculated and changes were analyzed by General Linear Model.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results:</strong> The mean baseline knowledge score in the intervention group was 16.9 (SD=4.0) and for the control group 16.3 (SD=3.5). Corresponding figures were 23.7 (SD=3.4) and 17 (SD=3.3) after intervention. General linear model showed the intervention to be successful in increasing the students' knowledge scores on preventive dentistry (P<0.0001). Most students (92%) were satisfied with learning several new items during the course.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The students' knowledge was successfully increased by passing the theoretical course of community oral health delivered by teacher-centered method of lecture.
