fa پرسیژن اتچمنت در دندانپزشکی (P.A-in dentistry) عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">زیبایی یکی از مهمترین مسائلی است که همیشه مورد توجه بیماران بوده و هنگام تهیه پروتزهای پارسیل ثابت و متحرک یکی از وسایلی که تامین کننده این مهم است، اتچمنت ها می باشد. این وسیله انواع گوناگون داخل تاجی و خارج تاجی داشته که با توجه به ارتفاع دندان پایه، محل بی دندانی و گیر مورد نیاز انتخاب و تهیه می شوند. اتچمنتها از دو قسمت Male و Female تشکیل شده که به پروتز ثابت و متحرک بیمار متصل می شود و موارد تجویر آنها حمایت پروتز توسط دندانها، داشتن ریج مناسب و بالاخره مناسب بودن وضعیت پریودنشیم دندانهای پایه می باشد و در مواردی که دندانهای پایه از نظر پریودنشیم نامناسب و یا کم بوده و یا این که ریج تحلیل شدید دارد، تجویز نمی شود. انواع خارجی تاجی آنها نظیر اتچمنت Stud و BAR A. و نوع داخلی تاجی آن نظیر Inter-Lock می باشد. اتچمنت ها بهترین مورد استفاده را در بی دندانیهای کلاس 3 کندی دارند و بهداشت خوب بیمار پشتوانه طول عمر و کارایی آن خواهد بود. </font></p> <p>Removable and fixed prosthesis are fabricated for reasons of appearance, mastication, speech clarity and general well - being. At the same time, they must preserve remaining theeth. Alveolar bone, Ginginal tissue and tooth position by bringing the forces acting on the removavle prosthesis within the limits of tissue tolerance. Satisfying these objectives may reqiure the use of single crowns of fixed partial denture with specific contours and attachments that provide the necessary support and retention for the prosthesis.However, before any detailde discussion can takeplace, it is desirble to divide attachments into groups.
