fa مقایسه تأثیر دو روش آموزشی مختلف بر بهبود توانایی تعیین رنگ دندان، توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> رنگ یکی از مهم‌ترین و پیچیده‌ترین اجزا در دندانپزشکی زیبای است. تطابق رنگ دندان با ترمیم از سخت‌ترین کارها در دندانپزشکی ترمیمی محسوب می‌شود. یکی از جنبه‌های مهم آموزش دندانپزشکی آموزش و فراگیری تطابق رنگ است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر روش آموزش بر بهبود توانایی تعیین رنگ توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی بود. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> در این طرح 40 نفر از دانشجویان دوره بالینی دندانپزشکی شرکت داشتند که به طور تصادفی در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. گروه اول به طور حضوری و عملی مورد آموزش روش‌های تطابق رنگ‌های دندانی قرار گرفتند. در گروه دوم از جزوه آموزشی جهت آموزش استفاده شد. از دانشجویان هر گروه قبل، بعد و همچنین پس از 1 ماه خواسته شد که </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">با</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">استفاده</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">از</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">سری</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">تعیین</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">رنگ</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">ویتا</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">کلاسیک،</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> به تعیین رنگ نمونه‌ها بپردازند. ارزیابی توانایی تعیین رنگ توسط دانشجویان، با آزمون </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Pearson Chi-Square</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> با حجم نمونه 18 یا 20 و با سطح اطمینان 95% انجام شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">گروه آموزش با جزوه در تعیین رنگ نمونه چهارم، به طور معنی</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">داری موفق‌تر عمل نمود </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">(003/0</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">)</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">. در هیچ یک از گروه‌های مورد مطالعه و در هیچ یک از نمونه‌های رنگی مورد استفاده، نتایج یک ماه بعد از آموزش بهتر از نتایج قبل از شروع آموزش نبود. همچنین درکل ارتباط معنی</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">داری بین دقت تعیین رنگ با جنسیت دانشجویان و استفاده از عینک مشاهده نشد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">آموزش با جزوه در بهبود دقت تعیین رنگ مؤثرتر از آموزش عملی برای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی بود. همچنین، استفاده از عینک و جنسیت تأثیری بر دقت تعیین رنگ نداشت.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Color is the most important and complicated part of aesthetic dentistry. The tooth color matching of restorations is considered as one of the most difficult tasks in the restorative dentistry. The aim of this study to evaluate the effect of two training methods on the dental students&rsquo; ability in determining tooth color matching.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this study, 40 dentistry students participated which randomly allocated into two groups. The first group consisted of students who learned teeth color matching methods practically. In the second group, training booklet was used for learning. Using Vita Classic shade guide series, 4 color samples were chosen and the students of each group were asked to determine samples&rsquo; color, before, after and one month after the training.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Booklet learning group was more successful in determining fourth color sample. However, in no studied group and no used samples, the results of one month after learning were not better than that of before learning. Also generally, no significant relationship was found between the color matching accuracy, using glasses, and sex of participants.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The use of booklet learning was more effective than practical learning in color matching accuracy for dental students.
