fa بررسی میزان تغییرات ابعادی و توانایی بازسازی جزئیات سه گچ دندانپزشکی نوع IV عمومی general تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: گچ‌ها در پروتزهای دندانی استفاده وسیعی از جمله تهیه دای دارند. تطابق و موفقیت رستوریشن‌های ریختگی به دقت ابعادی، استحکام و توانایی بازسازی جزئیات توسط گچ‌ها بستگی دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مقایسه‌ای میزان تغییرات ابعادی و توانایی بازسازی دقیق جزئیات 3 نوع گچ دندانپزشکی نوع IV بود.<br> روش بررسی: 60 نمونه در سه گروه 20 تایی از سه نوع گچ نوع IV شامل گچ G30 گچYeti Rock &nbsp;و گچFujirock EP &nbsp;پس از ریختن در مدل فولادی آماده شد. برای اندازه‌گیری میزان ثبت جزئیات شیار 50 میکرونی روی گچ ایجاد و با میکروسکوپ نوری با بزرگنمایی 12 برابر بررسی شد. برای ارزیابی تغییرات ابعادی در زمان‌های دو ساعت، یک روز و یک هفته بعد از آماده شدن از نمونه‌ها توسط دوربین &nbsp;Canon 600 Dاز فاصله ثابت 15 سانتی‌متری عکس گرفته و توسط نرم‌افزار Corel Draw ارزیابی و نتایج با آنالیزهای آماری ANOVA و آزمون کای دو در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0% مقایسه شدند.<br> یافته‌ها: در توانایی بازسازی جزئیات سه نوع گچ، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت (05/0P&le;). بالاترین توانایی بازسازی جزئیات به ترتیب مربوط به گچ Fujirock Ep، Yeti Rock و G30 بود. گچ G30 &nbsp;نتوانست جزئیات را به دقت بازسازی کند. تفاوت معنی‌داری در تغییرات ابعادی گچ‌های مورد بررسی بر اساس زمان وجود نداشت (05/0P&ge;).<br> نتیجه‌گیری: سه نوع گچ مورد بررسی در این مطالعه، دارای ثبات ابعادی در مدت زمان یک هفته بودند. گچ Gc Fujirock EP وYeti Rock &nbsp;دارای توانایی و گچ G30 فاقد توانایی در بازسازی جزئیات بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> Background and Aims: Gypsum products are used for several different purposes. Adaptation and success of casting restorations are dependent on dimensional accuracy, strength, and reproduction of details of dental gypsums. This study was designed to evaluate the dimensional changes and accurate details reproduction of three type IV dental gypsums.<br> Materials and Methods: 60 samples in 3 groups of dental gypsums of G30,Yeti Rock and FujirockEP were evaluated. The detail reproduction of 50 micron scratched line was analyzed by a microscope at 12&times; magnification. The samples were assayed for dimensional changes at 2 and 24 hours and 1 week after pouring. Photograph images were taken from samples in fixed distance by a camera (Canon D600) and analyzed in corel draw software. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and chi-square (P<0.05).<br> Results: There were significant differences in the details reproduction between three gypsums (P&le;0.05) and the highest values was for Fujirock EP, Yeti Rock. The G30 did not reconstruct the details. There was no significant difference in the dimensional changes of the evaluated gypsums based on time (P&ge;0.05).<br> Conclusion: All three different gypsums evaluated in this study showed the dimensional stability during one week.
