<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه وهدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">تکنیک بلاک عصب آلوئولار تحتانی </span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">(Inferior alveolar nerve block) (IANB)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">متداولترین تکنیکی است که از آن جهت بیحسی در مندیبل استفاده میشود. با توجه به فاکتورهای متعددی که میتواند باعث شکست این تکنیک شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر آگاهی و تجربه در موفقیت تکنیک </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IANB</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> بوده است.</span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> در این مطالعه 115 دانشجوی دانشکده دندانپزشکی شیراز در دو گروه شرکت داشتند. یک گروه شامل 53 دانشجوی مبتدی، بدون تجربه تزریق و گروه دیگر 62 دانشجو با تجربه یک ساله از تزریق </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IANB</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> بودند. هر دانشجو یک بار تزریق را بر روی بیمار خود انجام داد و موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت تزریق وی مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. همچنین جهت ارزیابی آگاهی علمی دانشجویان در این خصوص، پرسشنامهای شامل 6 سئوال در مورد نحوه انجام تکنیک طرح گردید که هر دانشجو قبل از انجام تزریق آن را تکمیل میکرد. پس ازتکمیل و جمعآوری پرسشنامهها، دادهها به نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS18</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> داده شده و آنالیز آماری به وسیله </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">chi-square</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> درسطح خطای 05/0 انجام شد.</span><br>
<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>یافتهها: </strong></span>میزان آگاهی در گروه مبتدی و دارای تجربه به ترتیب 6/71% و 3/86% به دست آمد. میزان موفقیت تکنیک </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IANB</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، 1/%47 در گروه مبتدی و 3/64% در گروه دارای تجربه بود میزان موفقیت </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IANB</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و آگاهی نسبت به انجام این تکنیک، در گروه دارای تجربه در مقایسه با گروه مبتدی بالاتر بود که از نظر آماری معنیدار بود (به ترتیب 02/0</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">01/0</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">). اختلاف معنیدار آماری بین دوجنس دیده نشد (06/0</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">).</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجهگیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">آگاهی و تجربه نقش مهمی را در موفقیت تکنیک </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IANB</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> به عهده دارد.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims</strong><strong>:</strong> The inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) is the most frequently used technique for mandibular anesthesia. Due to the many factors which can cause its failure, the aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of experience and knowledge in the success rate of IANB technique.<br>
<strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> <strong>:</strong> In this study, 115 students of Shiraz Dental school were participated in two groups. One group contained 53 novice students and another group 62 students with one year experience in IANB injection. Each student accomplished injection once and then success or failure of the injection was examined. In order to evaluate the students’ knowledge, each student was asked to fill out a questioner including 6 questions related to the instruction of the injection. Data were then collected, coded, and analyzed by SPSS18 using Chi square with a significant level of 0.05.<br>
<strong>Results:</strong> The rates of knowledge in novice and experienced group were 71.6% and 86.3%, respectively. The success rates of IANB were 47.1% in novice group and 64.3% in experienced group. The success rates of IANB and knowledge were significantly higher in the experienced group compared with the novice group. (P=0.02 and P=0.01, respectively) There was no significant difference between male and female (P=0.06).<br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that knowledge and experience could play an important role in the success rate of IANB technique.</div>
