fa بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی نسبت به ارگونومی در دندانپزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1398 عمومی general تحقیقی Research <div> <div style="text-align: justify;" uage="JavaScript">زمینه و هدف: ارگونومی یا مهندسی انسان با طراحی و تغییر مناسب کار و ملزومات، بیشترین بهره‌وری را بر اساس فیزیولوژی انسان ایجاد می‌کند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در مورد اصول اولیه ارگونومی در دندانپزشکی بود.<br> روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، مقطعی پرسشنامه‌ای شامل 10 سؤال به روش نمونه ‌گیری آسان بین 74 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر مقطع دکتری عمومی دانشکده دندانپزشکی اصفهان توزیع و تکمیل شد. پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها، پمفلت آموزشی به دانشجویان داده شد. جهت بررسی پرسشنامه‌ها، به هر پاسخ صحیح نمره یک و به پاسخ‌های نادرست نمره صفر داده شد. سپس داده ها وارد نرم افزارSPSS23 &nbsp;شد و توسط آزمون‌های آماری T، کای اسکوئر و من ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. 05/0P< به عنوان سطح معنی‌داری در نظر گرفته شد.<br> یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی اصفهان درسطح متوسط (25/1&plusmn;23/6) قرار داشت. میانگین نمره آگاهی دانشجویان&nbsp;بر اساس جنسیت دانشجویان (25/0P=) و ترم تحصیلی (059/0P=) تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت. همچنین 55% از دانشجویان دارای سابقه درد عضلانی بوده که ارتباط معنی‌داری با جتسیت (258/0P=) و میانگین نمره آگاهی به دست نیامد (288/0P=).<br> نتیجه‌گیری: متأسفانه ارگونومی به عنوان بخشی از اصول آموزش‌های دوره تحصیلی دندانپزشکی و نیز حتی پس از آن در نظر گرفته نشده است. دردهای اسکلتی- عضلانی از شایع‌ترین شکایت‌های دندانپزشکان بوده و عامل کاهش کیفیت و عملکرد آنان می‌باشد. لذا به نظر می‌رسد که آموزش و ارزیابی اصول ارگونومی در دوره تحصیل دندانپزشکی لازم است.</div> <div id="_com_3" uage="JavaScript"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims</strong><strong>:</strong> Human ergonomics or engineering with proper design and change of work and requirements creates the most productivity based on human physiology. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of awareness of dental students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences about the basic principles of ergonomics in dentistry.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> In this descriptive-analytical, sectional study, a questionnaire containing 10 questions was distributed and completed by easy sampling method among 74 final year students of the general doctorate of Isfahan school of dentistry. After collecting the questionnaires, the students were given an educational pamphlet. To evaluate the questionnaires, each correct answer was given a score of one and the wrong answers were given a score of zero. Data were analyzed by T-test, Kai Square, and Mann-Whitney statistical tests using SPSS23 software. P<0.05 was considered as a significant level. P<0.05 was considered as a significant level.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The average score of the knowledge of principles of ergonomics was intermediate (6.23&plusmn;1.25). Student knowledge was not significantly different based on the student gender (P=0.25) and academic semester (P=0.059). Also, 55% of students had a history of muscle pain that did not have a significant relationship with gender (P=0.258) and average score of the knowledge (P=0.288).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Unfortunately, ergonomics cannot be considered part of the principles of dental education and even later. Musculoskeletal pain is one of the most common complaints of dentists and is a factor in reducing their quality and function.
