fa تحقیق و بررسی نقش زبان در رابطه با رشد و ناهنجاری های دنتواسکلتال ناشی از آن عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">در این تحقیق کلینیکی و پاراکلینیکی که بمدت پانزده ماه بطول انجامید از بین مراجعین به مطب شخصی خود ابتدا 83 نفر بعنوان منتخبین اولیه تعیین گردیدند که با در نظر و بکار گرفتن شرایط مخصوص و مدونی که از قبل تعیین شده بودند به 32 نفر تقلیل یافتند و انتخاب شدگان اصلی محسوب گردیدند که در مجموع شامل 18 نفر پسر در گروه سنی 11-6 سالگی و 14 نفر دختر در گروه سنی 9-5.5 سالگی قرار گرفتند. بمنظور انجام هر چه دقیقتر این تحقیق کلیه ضوابط لازمه کلینیکی و پاراکلینیکی مشروحه در متد و متریال تهیه و با استفاده از روشهای علمی مسیر دقیقا ارزشیابی گردیدند و در نهایت چنین نتیجه شد. چنانچه زبان از نظر حجم و فانکشن غیر نرمال باشد ایجاد ناهنجاریهای دنتواسکلتال خواهد نمود. حتی اگر فاکتور اتیولوژیکی دیگری در این امر شرکت نداشته باشد به همین جهت آن بعنوان یک فاکتور اتیولوژیکی مهمی در مورد ایجاد ناهنجاریهای دندانی اسکلتی بشمار می آید که در عین حال نیز قادر است کلا عوارض جانبی در ساختمان آناتومیکی و فعالیتهای فیزیولوژیکی حفره دهان و اطراف آن بوجود آورد. در اثر عدم توجه به اهمیت آن چه بسا درمانهای انجام شده ارتودنسی با شکست روبرو می شوند بنابراین علاوه بر آن می توان آنرا بعنوان یک فاکتور مهم در موضوع ریلپس بشمار آورد. در ضمن نمی توان گفت که حجم زبان همواره مکمل نیروهای صادره از آن است و یا بالعکس، زیرا ازدیاد فانکشن یا حجم و رشد زیاد آن حتی به تنهایی می تواند ایجاد ناهنجاریهای دندانی یا اسکلتی و یا حتی دندانی اسکلتی نماید. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> In this clinical and paraclinical  research carried out in 15 months, 83 individuals were selected among private office patients who were then decreased to 32 after consideration of  some predesigned conditions of the study. 18 male patients of 6-11 yrs and 14 female patients of 5.5-9 yrs were participated in the study. Following scientific evaluations these results were obtained: abnormal size and function of the tongue can cause dentoskeleteal disorders and complications in other anatomical structures and physiological activities of the oral cavity even in absence of any other etiological factor. Neglecting this can lead to failure of orthodontic treatments and can be an important factor causing relapse. Besides, we cannot declare that the tongue volume is whether complementary to the forces or not.
