fa بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متخصصین کودکان شهر اصفهان در مورد دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی در شهر اصفهان ترمیمی operative dentistry تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> درصد</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">قابل</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">توجهی</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">از</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">کودکان دارای پوسیدگی دندانی در جهان، نیاز</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">به</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">خدمات</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">دندانپزشکی</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">بیمارستانی</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">دارند</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">و والدین</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">کودک</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نیز</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">در</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">این</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه اطلاعات</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زیادی</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">ندارند. هدف این مطالعه </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متخصصین کودکان شهر اصفهان در مورد دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی تحت بی‌هوشی عمومی در شهر اصفهان بوده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش بررسی:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> این مطالعه از نوع بررسی مقطعی بر روی 100 متخصص کودکان شاغل در شهر اصفهان انجام شده است. پرسشنامه خود ایفا شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک پزشکان و 19 سؤال جهت بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متخصصین کودکان در مورد دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی تحت بی‌هوشی عمومی توسط 100 متخصص کودکان تکمیل گردید. داده‌های خام وارد نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> ورژن 23 گردید و با آزمون آماری کای</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> اسکوئر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> 100 متخصص کودکان با میانگین سنی 7/5</span></span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">1/44 سال (57% مرد) این مطالعه را به پایان رساندند. 53% از متخصصین در مورد گروه هدف دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی و 42% در مورد راهکارهای بالینی مربوط به آن سطح آگاهی مطلوب و عالی داشتند. 66% متخصصین دارای نگرش مطلوب نسبت به بی‌هوشی عمومی و هزینه‌های آن بودند، در حالی که 71% از آن‌ها سطح آگاهی والدین را در مورد دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی ضعیف می‌دانستند. تنها 43‌% متخصصین در ویزیت‌های روزمره خود معاینه دهان و دندان انجام می‌دادند و 17% آن‌ها تا به حال یک ارجاع جهت دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی داشتند. متخصصین مرد و 35 تا 45 ساله سطح آگاهی بالاتری در مورد دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی داشتند. نگرش و عملکرد متخصصین کودکان ارتباط معنی‌داری با سن آن‌ها نداشت. در ضمن متخصصین مرد عملکرد بهتری در زمینه معاینه دهان و دندان و ارجاع جهت دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی داشتند (15/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که نیاز به تقویت سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متخصصین کودکان در زمینه دندانپزشکی بیمارستانی می‌باشد. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims</strong><strong>:</strong> A significant percentage of children with dental caries require, hospital dentistry and their parents do not have much information in this regard. The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitude and practice of pediatricians in hospital dentistry in Isfahan Province.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 100 pediatricians working in Isfahan. The self-administered questionnaire included demographics of doctors and 19 questions for assessing the knowledge, attitude and practice of pediatric practitioners about hospital dentistry under general anesthesia. Raw data were analyzed by Chi-square test using SPSS software version 23.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> 100 pediatricians with an average age of 44.1&plusmn;5.7 years (57% male) completed the questionnaire. 53% of the pediatricians had a high level of awareness about hospital dentistry and 42% about its related guides. 66% practitioners had a favorable attitude toward general anesthesia and costs, while 71% considered the parents&#39; awareness were poor about hospital dentistry. Only 43% of pediatricians performed oral examinations in their daily visits, and 17% had a referral for hospital dentistry. Male pediatricians aged from 35 to 45 had a higher level of knowledge about hospital dentistry. The attitude and practice of pediatricians did not have a significant relationship with their age.
