fa بررسی نگرش و باور دانشجویان سال آخر دندانپزشکی نسبت به آموزش دندانپزشکی مبتنی بر جامعه در دانشکده دندانپزشکی اصفهان ترمیمی operative dentistry تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">با وجود لزوم آموزش دندانپزشکی پاسخگو، هدف از ارائه واحدهای درسی دندانپزشکی جامعه ‌نگر، راهکاری جهت بهبود سلامت دهان و دندان جامعه و جبران کاستی‌های نظام درمان بوده است. بنابر اهمیت ارزیابی، هدف این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت نگرش و باور دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در سال‌های آخر تحصیل نسبت به آموزش‌های دندانپزشکی مبتنی بر جامعه بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">بر روی </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">159 نفر از </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">دانشجویان دندانپزشکی سال ششم (ورودی مهرماه و بهمن ماه) دانشکده دندانپزشکی </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">اصفهان به صورت سرشماری انجام شد. این دانشجویان در سال تحصیلی 1397 پرسشنامه مربوطه را که توسط محققین در سه بخش نگرش نسبت به فعالیت در عرصه، آموزه‌ها و تجربیات از فعالیت در عرصه حین آموزش و موانع و مشکلات فعالیت در عرصه ساخته و روایی محتوایی و صوری آن تأیید شده بود به طور خود ایفاء، تکمیل نمودند. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات و آنالیزهای توصیفی، ارتباط متغیر‌های جنسیت و سال ورود با نمرات نگرش با آزمون</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Mann-Whitney </span></span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">U</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">از مجموع 102 پرسشنامه پاسخ داده شده (ضریب پاسخ دهی64%)، نیمی از دانشجویان معتقد به لزوم فراهم کردن خدمات درمانی به صورت سرویس‌های سیار یا خارج از مطب برای جامعه بودند. 90% دانشجویان موافق تلفیق آموزش در عرصه با آموزش‌های متداول در دانشکده دندانپزشکی بوده و این خدمات را فرصتی برای استفاده از تجربیات و دانش خود برای ارتقای سلامت دهان و دندان جامعه می دانستند. 84% از آن‌ها قائل به تقویت اعتماد به نفس حین ارائه خدمات خارج از دانشکده بودند. در بسیاری از گزاره‌های حیطه نگرش به ارائه خدمت در عرصه درصد قابل توجهی (50% تا 60%) نظری نداشتند.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">اگرچه در بسیاری از حوزه‌های نگرشی نسبت به ارائه خدمات در عرصه‌های اجتماعی و نیز نگرش به آموزه‌ها و تجربیات از دندانپزشکی مبتنی بر جامعه نگرش خوب و مثبتی وجود دارد، توجه و کار در حوزه نگرشی- عاطفی آموزش در این زمینه در کنار محتوای آموزشی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims</strong><strong>:</strong> Regarding the need for social accountability in dental education, community-based dental courses has been established to improve the oral health of the community and compensate the shortcomings of the health system. Due to the importance of evaluation, the aim of this study was to determine the dental students&rsquo; attitudes and believes in the last year of their study towards the community-based dental education<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 159 dental students in the sixth year (October and February, 2018) of Isfahan dental school by census. These students took the relevant questionnaire, which was developed by researchers in three sections of &ldquo;attitudes toward field activities&rdquo;, &ldquo;lessons and experiences of field activities during dentistry training&rdquo; and &ldquo;barriers and problems of field activities&rdquo;. Its content and face validity was confirmed. They completed it on their own and after collecting information and descriptive analyzes, the relationship between the gender and entry group with attitude scores was analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Out of a total of 102 questionnaires which were answered (response rate of 64%), half of the students believed in the need to provide dental services in the form of mobile/outreach services for the community. 90% of the students agreed with the combination of field education with routine education in the dental schools. They also considered these services as an opportunity to use their experiences and knowledge to promote oral health in the community. 84% of them believed that their self confidence improved while providing services outside the faculty. In many of the propositions in the field of attitude to provide service in the field, a significant percentage (50 to 60%) did not have an opinion.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> There was a good and positive aspects in many areas of attitude toward providing services in social fields as well as attitude towards the lessons learned from community-based dental education.
