fa بررسی میزان تاثیر پروتز کامل در ادای صحیح اصوات گفتاری عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">با آنکه پروتز کامل سبب جایگزینی دندانها و ساختمانهای نگهدارنده از دست رفته اطراف آنها می شود ولی بروز مشکلات گفتاری پس از قرار دادن آنها در دهان امری شایع است. این تغییرات موقتی بوده و با طی مدتی، برطرف خواهد شد. در این بررسی از 70 نفر از بیماران بخش پروتزهای متحرک در دانشکده های دندانپزشکی تهران و اصفهان استفاده شد. این تعداد به دو گروه زن و مرد و نیز دو گروه دارای سابقه استفاده از پروتز کامل و بدون این سابقه تقسیم شدند. بیماران در سه مرحله (بی دندان، بلافاصله پس از تحویل پروتز، یک هفته پس از تحویل پروتز) تحت آزمایش گفتاری با پرسشنامه های خاص قرار گرفتند. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات و بررسی آماری مشخص شد که اصوات /ش/، /س/ و/چ/ دارای بیشترین مشکل و صدای /م/ فاقد هر گونه مشکلی بود. در بررسی کلی مشخص شد که با وجود مشاهده اختلافات معنی دار بین مراحل سه گانه بررسی، می توان ادعا نمود که تاثیر پروتز کامل بر گفتار، مستقل از عامل جنس ولی وابسته به سابقه استفاده از پروتز می باشد. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped-->Although a full denture cab  replace the teeth and their supporting structures , it commonly develops temporary speech problems that are resolved after a while. In this study, 70 patients were recruited from Prosthodontics department of Tehran and Isfahan dental schools. The patients were analyzed via special questionnaires and oral interview by gender, previous prosthesis and  in 3 phases of edentulous, immediately after denture delivery and a week after delivery. Following data gathering and statistical analysis, it was found that "sh", "s"," Ch" sounds are the most and " m" is the least difficult sound to  pronounce. The study results showed significant difference between 3 stages of denture usage.
