fa ارزیابی مهارت‌های ارتباط با بیمار در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان در سال 1399 جامعه نگر dental public health تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> مهارت‌های ارتباطی برای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی از اهمیت اساسی برخوردار است که باعث انتقال مؤثر اطلاعات لازم به بیمار و برآورده کردن نیازها و انتظارات بیمار می‌شود. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین مهارت‌های ارتباط با بیمار در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان درسال 1399 انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در مطالعه تحلیلی مقطعی حاضر، پرسشنامه استاندارد DCCC<br> (Dental consultation communication checklist) به صورت آنلاین و به روش نمونه گیری سرشماری در اختیار کلیه دانشجویان دوره بالینی دانشکده قرار گرفت. در مجموع، 230 نفر از 248 دانشجوی دوره بالینی حاضر به همکاری در مطالعه شدند (درصد پاسخ= 7/92%). پرسشنامه مذکور شامل پنج بعد ﻣﻌﺎرﻓﻪ، تاریخچه، معاینه، خاتمه و ﺑﻴﻤﺎر می‌باشد. برای تعیین مهارت‌های ارتباط با بیمار و ابعاد آن و نیز ارتباط مهارت‌های ارتباطی با ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک شرکت کنندگان، داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌های فریدمن، آنالیز واریانس، آزمون t مستقل و رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین نمره کل مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان 6/15&plusmn;16/117 از حداکثر نمره 155 به دست آمد که بیش از حد متوسط بود. تفاوت معنی‌داری بین ابعاد مهارت‌های ارتباطی وجود داشت (001/0P<). بیشترین نمره به ترتیب به بعد معاینه کلینیکی، بیمار، تاریخچه پزشکی، معارفه و خاتمه اختصاص داشت. ارتباط معنی‌داری بین نمره مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان با جنسیت (08/0P=)، سن (17/0P=)، وضعیت تأهل (19/0P=) و سابقه‌ تحصیل در دوره روانشناسی (07/0P=) وجود نداشت. بین نمره کل مهارت‌های ارتباطی (92/0P=) و نیز ابعاد آن (بعد معارفه 79/0P=، بعد تاریخچه 90/0P=، بعد معاینه کلینیکی 77/0P=، بعد خاتمه 35/0P= و بعد بیمار 85/0P=) با سال‌‌ تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط معنی‌داری دیده نشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نمره کل مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی و کلیه ابعاد آن بیش از حد متوسط بود اما درکل دانشجویان در بعد معارفه و خاتمه نسبت به سایر ابعاد عملکرد ضعیف‌تری داشتند. بنابراین توصیه می‌شود، مداخلات آموزشی خصوصاً جهت بهبود ابعاد معارفه و خاتمه طراحی شود.<br> <span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> For dental students, communication skills are essential to effectively transfer the necessary information to the patient and meet the patient&rsquo;s needs and expectations. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the patient communication skills of dental students at Islamic Azad university of Isfahan in 2021.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In the present cross-sectional analytical study, an online standardized questionnaire DCCC (Dental consultation communication checklist) was provided to all clinical dental students applying a census sampling method. In total, from 248 clinical dental students, 230 students participated in the study (response rate=92.7%). The questionnaire included five dimensions of introduction, medical history, clinical examination, closure and patient. In order to determine the patient communication skills, its dimensions, and the association between patient communication skills and students&rsquo; demographic characteristics, friedman test, analysis of variance, independent&nbsp;t-test and a linear regression model were used for statistical analysis.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean score of total communication skills of the students (117.16&plusmn;15.6) was above average which was obtained from the maximum score of 155. There was a significant difference between the dimensions of communication skills (P<0.001). The highest scores were assigned to the clinical examination, patient, medical history, introduction and closure, respectively. No significant relationship existed between the score of students&#39; communication skills with gender (P=0.08), age (P=0.17), marital status (P=0.19), and educational background in psychology (P=0.07). No significant relationship revealed between the total score of communication skills (P=0.92) and its dimensions (introduction P=0.79, medical history P=0.90, clinical examination P=0.77, closure P=0.35, and patient P=0.85) with the students&rsquo; academic year.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The total score of dental students&rsquo; communication skills and all its dimensions was above average. However, students reported poorer performance in dimensions of introduction and closure than the other dimensions.
