fa بررسی آگاهی و عملکرد حفاظتی دندانپزشکان شهر اصفهان در ارتباط با همه گیری کووید-19 در محیط بالینی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>همه گیری کرو ناویروس 2019 فشار زیادی بر سیستم‌های بهداشتی سراسر جهان وارد کرده است. خطر انتقال عفونت در دندانپزشکی به طور قابل توجهی زیاد است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی آگاهی و عملکرد حافظتی دندانپزشکان عمومی و متخصص شهر اصفهان در مقابل کووید-۱۹ در محیط درمان بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه که در فروردین ماه 1400و به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد، از پرسشنامه آنلاین به عنوان ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. سؤالات شامل مشخصات زمینه‌ای، آگاهی از انجام صحیح اقدامات حفاظتی، اقدامات حفاظتی انجام شده در مقابل کووید-19 و فراوانی ابتلا به کووید-19 بود. آنالیزهای توصیفی و تحلیلی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS26 شامل تهیه جداول توزیع فراوانی، رسم نمودارها، محاسبه آزمون T مستقل و ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> تعداد 310 پرسشنامه با پاسخ کامل جمع آوری گردید. 4/87% دندانپزشکان آگاهی متوسط و بالاتر از عملکرد صحیح حفاظتی در مقابل کووید-19 داشتند. میانگین نمره آگاهی با شاخصه‌های زمینه‌ای سن (59/0=P)، جنسیت (31/0=P و 05/0r=)، سابقه کار (16/0=P و 07/0r=) و مدرک تحصیلی (33/0=P) ارتباط معنی‌داری نداشت. در دوره پاندمی 87% دندانپزشکان درمان‌های اورژانس دندانپزشکی را انجام دادند و 40% درمان‌های دندانپزشکی را برای بیماران با ریسک بالا ابتلا، به تعویق انداختند. دندانپزشکان به درستی از لوازم حفاظت شخصی استفاده کردند. از بین همه دندانپزشکان شرکت کننده 75% از ماسک با محافظت بالا برای همه درمان‌ها، 75% از محافظ صورت برای همه درمان‌ها، 67% از کلاه و60% از روپوش‌های استریل استفاده کردند. محیط بالینی برای جلوگیری از گسترش کووید-19 به خوبی مجهز شده بود. نتایج نشان داد که&nbsp;8/%55 از شرکت کنندگان یک یا چند علامت/نشانه مشابه کووید-19 داشتند و 9% از شرکت کنندگان دارای تست SARS-CoV-2 مثبت بودند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>در حال حاضراکثریت دندانپزشکان آگاهی لازم در مورد نحوه حفاظت در مقابل کووید-19 را دارند و به صورت کارآمد از کلیه اقدامات احتیاطی برای انجام اعمال دندانپزشکی استفاده می‌کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> The 2019 coronavirus pandemic has resulted in a lot of pressure on health systems around the world. The risk of transmission of infection in dentistry is significantly high. The aim of this study was to evaluate Covid-19 protection knowledge and practice of dentists in Isfahan in clinical environment.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this study which was performed in April 2021 by available sampling method, an online questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. Questions included demographic characteristics, knowledge of proper protective protocols, protection protocols taken against&nbsp;Covid-19, and the prevalence of Covid-19 infection. Descriptive and analytical analyzes were performed using SPSS26 software including frequency distribution tables, graphs, independent t-test, and Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> 310 questionnaires were collected with complete answers. 87.4% of dentists had moderate and high knowledge of proper protective protocols against Covid-19. The mean knowledge score had no significant relationship with the demographic characteristics of age (P=0.59), gender (P=0.31 and r=0.05), work experience (P=0.16 and r=0.07) and degree (0.33=P). In the pandemic period, 87% of dentists treated dental emergencies and 40% delayed the dental treatment for patients with high risk of Covid-19. Dentists used personal protective equipment correctly. Among all the included dentists, 75% used high protection masks, 75% used face shields, 67% used hats, and 60% used sterile gowns in all of their treatment activities. The clinical environment was equipped well to prevent spreading of Covid-19.
