fa مقایسه انطباق ابعادی تاج دندان‌‌‌های مولر شیری با دو برند روکش فولادی ضد زنگ (SSC) در نمونه‌ای از کودکان ایرانی اطفال Pediatric dentistry تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: یکی از چالش‌‌‌های دندانپزشکان انتخاب روکش از جنس فولاد ضد زنگ (SSC) با برند مناسب و حداکثر سازگاری با دندان شیری، می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه انطباق ابعادی تاج دندان‌‌‌های مولر شیری با دو برند روکش فولادی ضد زنگ بود.<br> روش بررسی: 130 کودک 3 تا 12 سال واجد شرایط (66 پسر و 64 دختر) انتخاب شدند. پس از اخذ اطلاعات دموگرافیک ابعاد مزیودیستال، باکولینگوال و اکلوزوجینجیوال دندان‌‌های مولر اول و دوم شیری روی کست دندانی&nbsp;اندازه گیری و با ابعاد روکش‌‌‌های دو برند KTR و Shinghung مقایسه شد. داده‌‌‌ها با استفاده از تست chi-square و ضریب همبستگی Pearson ارزیابی شدند و 05/0P< از نظر آماری معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.<br> یافته‌‌‌ها: در این مطالعه بیشترین موارد تطابق سایز بین بعد مزیودیستال دندان و روکش به ترتیب در دندان‌‌‌های مولر اول شیری بالا و مولر اول شیری پایین، در بعد باکولینگوال در دندان‌‌‌های مولر اول شیری بالا و مولر اول شیری پایین و در بعد اکلوزوجینجیوال در دندان‌‌‌‌های مولر اول شیری بالا و مولر دوم شیری پایین مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین عدم تطابق سایز بین بعد مزیودیستال دندان و روکش به ترتیب در دندان‌‌‌‌های مولر دوم شیری پایین و مولر اول شیری بالا و در بعد باکولینگوال در دندان‌‌های مولر دوم شیری بالا و مولر دوم شیری پایین مشاهده شد.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو برند SSC در مطالعه حاضر تطابق قابل ملاحظه‌ای با دندان‌‌‌های شیری کودکان ایرانی داشتند. بین برند KTR با دندان‌‌‌های مولر شیری ماگزیلا و برند Shinghung با دندان‌‌‌های مولر شیری مندیبل تطابق بیشتری مشاهده شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aims: One of the concerns of dentists is selecting a suitable brand of stainless steel crowns with maximum dimensional adaptation with primary teeth. The aim of this study was to compare the primary molar crown dimensions with that of two brands of stainless steel crowns (SSCs) in a sample of Iranian children.<br> Materials and Methods: &nbsp;In this study, 130 eligible children between 3 and 12 years (66 boys,&nbsp;64 girls) were selected. After recording the demographic information, the mesiodistal, buccolingual and occluso-gingival dimensions of first (D) and second (E) primary molars were measured on dental casts and compared with the dimensions of KTR (MeiMeiMinBenjing, Benjing, China) and Shinghung (Shinhungcompany, Seoul, South Korea) SSCs. Data were assessed using chi-square test and Pearson correlation coefficient. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.<br> Results: In this study, the most dimension matching of the teeth with that of SSCs were observed mesiodistally in upper D and lower D, buccolingualy in the upper D and lower D, and occluso-gingivaly in upper D and lower E. The most cases of mismatch in the mesiodistal dimensions of the teeth with that of SSCs were observed in the lower E and upper D. Also, the most cases of mismatch in the buccolingual dimension were found for upper E and lower E.<br> Conclusion: Both SSCs brands in this study showed significant dimensional adaptation with the primary teeth in Iranian children.
