fa بررسی تأثیر گروه دوستی هم سالان بر سلامت دهان دانش آموزان ۹ و ۱۲ ساله در شهر قزوین در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۷-۱۳۹۸ جامعه نگر dental public health تحقیقی Research <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"> <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> امروزه لازمه هرگونه سیاست گذاری در سطح کلان کشوری و منطقه‌ای، آگاهی از سطح دانش افراد از سلامت دهان و راه‌های جلوگیری از پوسیدگی‌های دندانی می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عادات، اقدامات و سطح اقتصادی خانواده کودکان دوره ابتدایی شهر قزوین در سال ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ و تأثیرات شبکه اجتماعی گروه همسالان بر رفتار‌های مرتبط با سلامت دهان و چاقی انجام شد تا با شناخت عوامل مؤثر در این مهم راه را برای مداخلات مؤثرتر در این گروه اجتماعی هموار سازد. <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، تعداد 145 دانش‌آموز دختر و پسر در ۲ پایه تحصیلی سوم و ششم ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ شرکت کردند. پرسشنامه استفاده شده در این مطالعه دارای ۲۰ سؤال و ۴ بخش اصلی بود. بخش‌های اصلی این پرسشنامه شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک، رفتار و عادات مرتبط با سلامت ‌دهان، دانش سلامت دهان دانش آموز و خانواده، وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی بود. داده‌ها از طریق معاینات بالینی (به کمک آینه یک بار مصرف، پروب WHO و چشم غیر مسلح) و از طریق پرسشنامه معتبر جمع ‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار‌های SPSS و Exel مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. <strong>یافته‌‌‌ها:</strong> طبق نتایج تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون بین نمره دانش سلامت افراد و دوستانشان ارتباط قابل توجهی بین هر دو گروه دوستان معمولی و صمیمی مشاهده شد و همبستگی بین دانش افراد و دوستان صمیمی به طور چشمگیری قوی‌تر بود (01/0P<). ضمناً رابطه معنی داری بین وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی و رفتار‌های مرتبط با سلامت دهان دیده شد (05/0P<). همچنین ارتباط مثبت معنی داری بین تعداد دفعات مسواک زدن دوستان صمیمی در یک شبکه‌ اجتماعی وجود داشت (001/0P<) که این ارتباط در شبکه دوستان دیده نشد. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> این مطالعه نشان داد که دوستان صمیمی می‌توانند در تعیین رفتارهای بهداشت دهان و دندان دانش آموزان مؤثر باشند. </pre> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Nowadays, the requirement of any policy-making at the national and regional level is to know the level of knowledge of people about oral health and ways to prevent dental caries.&nbsp; This study examined the habits, actions and economic level of elementary school students in Qazvin city in 2017-2018.&nbsp; Also, the effects of peer group social network on behaviors related to oral health and obesity was investigated in order to find the way for interventions making it more effective in this social group.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-analytical study, 145 students participated. They were in the 3nd and 6th grades of elementary school in the academic year of 2017-2018. The questionnaire used in this study had 20 questions and 4 main sections. The main parts of this questionnaire included demographic characteristics, behavior and habits related to oral health, oral health knowledge of students and families, and socio-economic status. Data were collected through clinical examinations and through valid questionnaires and evaluated using SPSS and Excel software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the results of Pearson&#39;s correlation analysis, a significant correlation was observed between the health knowledge scores of individuals and their friends between both groups of casual and close friends (P<0.01). The correlation between the knowledge of individuals and close friends was significantly stronger (P<0.01). Also, there was a significant relationship between socio-economic status and behaviors related to oral health (P<0.05). There was also a significant positive relationship between the number of times close friends brushing their teeth in a social network (P<0.001).
