fa تأثیر موسیقی بر میزان اضطراب کودکان حین درمان دندانپزشکی اطفال Pediatric dentistry كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اضطراب یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات در محیط دندانپزشکی برای کودکان است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر موسیقی بر میزان اضطراب و همکاری کودکان طی درمان دندانپزشکی بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه 58 کودک 6 تا 8 ساله به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مورد (پخش موسیقی) و شاهد (بدون پخش موسیقی) تقسیم شدند. اضطراب کودکان با استفاده از آزمون تصویری ونهام و طبقه ‌بندی رفتاری فرانکل و همچنین ضربان قلب آن‌ها ارزیابی شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که در گروه مورد، میزان اضطراب بر اساس آزمون ونهام و طبقه‌ بندی فرانکل به طور معنی ‌داری کمتر بود. همچنین ضربان قلب کودکان در این گروه حین درمان پایین‌تر بود (05/0P<).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> براساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، استفاده از موسیقی به عنوان روش غیردارویی می‌تواند در کاهش اضطراب و بهبود همکاری کودکان در محیط دندانپزشکی مفید باشد.</div> <strong>Background and Aims:</strong>&nbsp;Anxiety is one of the most important issues in the dental environment for children. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of music on the level of anxiety and cooperation of children during dental treatment.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong>&nbsp;In this study 58 children aged 6 to 8 years were randomly divided into two groups: the intervention group (music played) and the control group (no music played). Children&#39;s anxiety was assessed using the Venham Picture Test and Frankel Behavior Rating Scale, and their heart rate was also measured.<br> <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>The results showed that in the intervention group, the level of anxiety based on the Venham Picture Test and Frankel Behavior Rating Scale was significantly lower.
