fa بررسی کلینیکی بروز تماس های زودرس دندانی ضایعات و شکایات مبتلایان عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">واژه تماسهای زودرس در رشته دندانپزشکی و بخصوص در علم ارتودنسی حاکی است از تماس ناگهانی نقطه یا نقاطی از یک یا چند دندان با قسمتی از دندانی و یا دندانهای مقابل خود در وضعیت اکلوژن و یا در حال ارتیکولاسیون قبل از اینکه تماسی بین سایر دندانهای دو فک بوقوع بپیوندد، معمولا این چنین دندانها مجبور به تحمل فشارهای ناخواسته و غیرمتعادل شده و ضایعه پذیر می گردند، عوارض ناشی از این مشکل می تواند موضعی و متمرکز و یا انتقالی و پراکنده ظاهر شوند که در نتیجه دامنه ضایعات متفاوت خواهد بود و چه بسا گستره آن، عضوهای مجاور خود را نیز آسیب می رساند. نظر به اینکه این فاکتور مضره یک عامل مخرب و یا ایجاد کننده پاره ای از ناهنجاریهای دندانی فکی بشمار می آید بنابراین پیگیری آنرا ضروری دانسته و طی پژوهشی که بر روی 93 نفر انتخاب شده از بین 228 نفر مراجعه کننده به مطب شخصی خود انجام دادم نکاتی آشکار گردید که در نتیجه آشنایی با این عامل مشکل ساز روشنتر گردید. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> The term "Premature contact" in dentistry and especially in Orthodontics represents sudden contact of a point in one or more teeth with an area of one or more opposing teeth in occlusion or during articulation prior to any contact between the other teeth.
