fa ارزیابی دیدگاه بهورزان شاغل در مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان کردکوی استان گلستان در خصوص سلامت د‌هان و دندان: یک مطالعه کیفی جامعه نگر dental public health تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>پوسیدگی دندان و بیماری پریودنتال از جمله شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های مزمن می‌باشند. کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی به خصوص بهورزان به دلیل نقش گسترده خود در ارائه خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی اولیه می‌توانند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از پوسیدگی دندان داشته باشند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی دیدگاه بهورزان شاغل در مراکز بهداشت شهرستان کردکوی در خصوص ارائه خدمات سلامت د‌هان و دندان بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> بحث گروهی بر روی نمونه در دسترس (convenient sample) از بهورزان شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهرستان کرد کوی صورت گرفت. تعداد 26 بهورز با میانگین سابقه کار 13 سال در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. پس از اخذ رضایت آگا‌هانه بحث گروهی به صورت 2 گروه 7 نفره و 2 گروه 6 نفره درستاد به صورت حضوری و با رعایت پروتکل‌‌های بهداشتی انجام گرفت. دو محقق به عنوان تسهیل گر در بحث شرکت کردند. تعداد 5 سؤال در زمینه سلامت د‌هان و بهره مندی از خدمات دندانپزشکی طرح و بحث تا رسیدن به حد اشباع ادامه پیدا کرد. پس از انجام بحث گروهی، محتوای جلسات ضبط و پیاده گردید. در راستای انجام thematic analysis محتوای بحث توسط دو نفر به صورت مستقل دهی و سپسsub-theme &nbsp;و theme استخراج و پس از تأیید نهایی گردید.<br> <strong>یافته‌‌ها: </strong>بیش از نیمی از شرکت کنندگان 34 سال و بیشتر سن داشتند. در خصوص چالش‌های مرتبط با مراقبت‌‌های دندانی در مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی، تم‌‌های اصلی عبارت بودند از: محدودیت امکانات، حجم کار، عدم شناخت بهورزان، عدم دسترسی، مسایل اقتصادی مرتبط با درمان دندانپزشکی. در خصوص چالش‌های مرتبط با پیشگیری تم‌‌های اصلی عبارت بودند از: آگاهی ناکافی بیماران، آگاهی محدود بهورزان در خصوص سلامت د‌هان و کمبود نیروی انسانی. پیشنهادات اصلی عبات بودند از تأکید بر نقش مدارس، تأکید بر نقش مادران وآموزش بیماران. همچنین اموزش‌های به روز بهورزان و چالش‌های مرتبط با آموزش بهداشت توسط بهورزان مورد تأکید قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که علیرغم نقش مهم بهورزان در ارائه خدمات منجر به ارتقا سلامت د‌هان در سطح جمعیتی، این نقش مغفول واقع شده و نیاز به توجه بیشتر دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Dental caries and periodontal disease are the most common chronic diseases. Health care workers specially &ldquo;Behvarz&rdquo; due to their wide range of duties, have the potential role in delivering education and prevention of dental caries. The purpose of the present study was to assess the perspective of &ldquo;Behvarz&rdquo; working in health care centers of Kordkooy city regarding oral health.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> Focus group discussions was conducted with a convenient sample of &ldquo;Behvarz&rdquo; working in health centers of Kordkooy city. &nbsp;Total number of 26 Behvarz with the mean work experience of 13 years took part in the study. After obtaining informed consent, group discussions performed in- person (2 groups of 7 and 2 groups of 6 participants) in health centers considering universal precautions. Two researchers coordinated the discussions. Five questions proposed on dental service utilization and oral health challenges and data collection continued until saturation obtained. The content of the discussion recorded and transcribed verbatim. For content analysis, two raters independently coded the content; sub-themes and themes were then extracted and consensus obtained.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>More than half of the participants were 34 years of age and older. Regarding the challenges related to dental care in health centers, the main themes were; resource limitation, workload, lack of awareness of &ldquo;Behvarz&rdquo; role, limited access, economic barriers to prevention and care. Regarding the challenges to prevention, the main themes were; poor knowledge of patients, limited oral health related knowledge of &ldquo;Behvarz&rdquo;, and human resources.
