fa ارزیابی کلینیکی و بیولوژیک پوشش یک مرحله ای سطوح عریان ریشه با استفاده از پیوند آزاد بافت همبند بروش Envelope و کاربرد اسید سیتریک عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">در این بررسی 12 بیمار شامل 10 زن و 2 مرد در گروه سنی 19 تا 42 سال انتخاب شدند که 14 ناحیه تحلیل موضعی لثه در آنها تحت درمان قرار گرفت. انتخاب نمونه با معیارهای مورد نظر انجام گرفت و پس از تکمیل پرونده و انجام درمانهای اولیه و اندازه گیریها (شامل عمق سالکوس، عمق و عرض تحلیل لثه و فاصله نقطه ثابت تا لبه لثه) جراحی بطریق پیوند آزاد بافت همبند لثه از مخاط کام با روش Envelope و استفاده از اسید سیتریک اشباع شده و Ph=1 انجام گردید. فاصله نقطه ثابت تا لبه لثه و عمق سالکوس یک ماه، دو ماه، سه ماه و شش ماه پس از عمل مجددا اندازه گیری شد. عمق تحلیل لثه از C.E.J نیز شش ماه پس از عمل اندازه گیری شد. براساس جداول و آزمونهای آماری، میزان پوشش 65.35% بود. حدود سه هفته پس از جراحی، پیوند با بافتهای مجاور یکی و هماهنگ می گردید. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> In present study, 12 patents (10 F/2M) of 19-42 years with gingival recession in 14 sites of the mouth were recruited. Inclusion criteria were considered and following primary treatments, measurements (sulcus depth as well as depth and width of gingival recession and distance between a fixed point and gingival margin ) were done. Free gingival graft from palate was harvested by envelope technique and using saturated citric acid. The distance between a fixed point and gingival margin   and sulcus depth were recorded after 1,2,3,6 month post surgery. In addition, The depth of gingival recession from CEJ was measured 6 month post operatively.
