fa گزارش وضعیت آنتی ژن های HLA در 14 بیمار ایرانی مبتلا به لیکن پلان عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">در این مطالعه جهت بررسی نقش ژنتیک در اتیولوژی بیماری لیکن پلان تعداد 14 بیمار به لیکن پلان شامل دو گروه (گروه اول 6 بیمار مربوط به دو خانواده با سابقه ابتلای خانوادگی و گروه دوم شامل 8 بیمار بدون نسبت خانوادگی) را مورد بررسی از نظر HLA آنتی ژنهای (Class II (DQ،DR) - Class I (A،B،C با استفاده از روشهای توصیه شده بوسیله (Lymphocytotoxicity NIH Two Stage) قرار دادیم. محدوده سنی بیماران از 66-24 سال می باشد. در این مطالعه اگر چه تعداد بیماران نمی تواند نمایانگر وضعیت آنتی ژنهای HLA در جامعه ایرانی باشد و نمی توان راجع به شیوع آنتی ژن خاصی در بیماران اظهار نظر نمود با این وجود در یک نگاه افزایش نسبی آنتی ژن HLAB5 یا Cluster B5 مشاهده گردید. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> In present article, in order to evaluate the role of genetics in the etiology of lichen planus, 14 patients (6 with familial history of lichen planus and 8 without any history of the disease in family) were selected. HLA antigens (class 1, class 2, B, C) were analyzed by lymphocytotoxicity NIH two stage methods. The patient's age range was 24-66.
