fa پروتزهای پارسیل با مسیر چرخشی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">تئوری پروتزهای پارسیل با مسیر چرخشی از سالها قبل در طراحی پروتزهای پارسیل عنوان شده است، ولی اغلب دندانپزشکان این روش درمان را مورد توجه و استفاده قرار نمی دهند. در پروتزهای پارسیل متداول تمام رست ها همزمان و با یک مسیر نشست (Path of Insertion) (P.O.I) مشترک در محل خود می نشینند، در صورتی که در پروتزهای پارسیل با مسیر چرخشی ابتدا قسمت اول که شامل مرکز چرخش است در محل خود نشسته، سپس بیمار پارسیل را چرخانیده و قسمت دوم را در محل نهایی خود قرار می دهد. برای تامین گیر در پارسیل های با مسیر چرخشی، علاوه بر کلاسپ متداول از یک نگهدارنده مستقیم سخت به نام Rigid Retainer استفاده می شود که این نگهدارنده سخت در فضای اندرکاتی که در روشهای معمول بنام اندرکات های غیر مفید و یا مزاحم خوانده می شود قرار می گیرد. در این مقاله سعی شده تکنیک و روش کار، مزایا و معایب آن بیان شود. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> The theory of designing partial prostheses with rotational path of insertion has been debated for years but most dentists do not consider this treatment method. In conventional partial prostheses, the rests have a single path of insertion while in rotational path of insertion, first the center of rotation sits in the rest then the prosthesis is roated and inserted in final position. In rotational path of insertion prostheses, a rigid retainer is needed as well as conventional clasps. The rigid retainer is inserted in undesirable undercut areas that are not used in conventional method.
