fa کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در ارتودنسی: مروری روایی ارتودنسی Orthodontics مقاله مروری review article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> ظهور هوش مصنوعی (Artificial intelligence) در پزشکی، تخصص‌های مختلف پزشکی از جمله ارتودنسی را متحول نموده است. هوش مصنوعی نتایج امیدوار کننده‌ای را در افزایش دقت تشخیص‌، طرح درمان و پیش ‌بینی نتایج درمان نشان داده و با در دسترس قرار گرفتن برنامه‌های مختلف هوش مصنوعی، کاربرد آن در حیطه ارتودنسی افزایش یافته است. در این مطالعه به بررسی کاربردهای مختلف هوش مصنوعی در ارتودنسی پرداختیم تا با داشتن اطلاعات به روز، بتوانیم در موارد نیاز از هوش مصنوعی استفاده کنیم.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>جستجوی جامع در پایگاه اطلاعاتی PubMed، با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی Orthodontics و&nbsp;Artificial intelligence در محدوده سال‌های 2020 تا 2025 میلادی انجام شد. در جستجوی اولیه 643 مقاله یافت شد.&nbsp;پس از حذف مقالات بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، 293 مقاله جهت بررسی متن کامل باقی ماندند و در نهایت 38 مقاله وارد مطالعه مروری ما شدند تا بررسی جامعی از کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در ارتودنسی به دست آید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> امروزه شاهد کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در حوزه‌های مختلف ارتودنسی در مراحل مختلف تشخیص، درمان،&nbsp;پیش بینی نتایج و آموزش هستیم. در بسیاری از این زمینه ها از جمله آنالیز تصاویر و کمک به طرح درمان دقت بالایی از خود نشان داده است اما در برخی حیطه ها مانند آنالیز فضا و پیش بینی نتایج درمان نیاز به ارتقا دارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> انجام مطالعات مرور سیستماتیک با تمرکز بر هر یک از زمینه‌های کاربرد هوش مصنوعی که در مقاله حاضر&nbsp;به آن پرداخته شد، می‌تواند به توسعه نگرش محققان نسبت به این تکنولوژی نو ظهور کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in various fields, including orthodontics. AI has demonstrated encouraging results in enhancing diagnostic precision, treatment decision, and outcome prediction. With the accessibility of different AI software, its utilization in orthodontics has grown significantly. In this review study, we examined various applications of artificial intelligence within the field of orthodontics.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A comprehensive search was conducted in the PubMed database using the keywords; &ldquo;Orthodontics&rdquo; and &ldquo;Artificial intelligence&rdquo; between 2020 and 2025. 643 articles were found in the initial search. After eliminating articles based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 293 articles remained for full-text review, and finally 38 articles were included in our review to obtain a comprehensive review of the applications of artificial intelligence in orthodontics.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Today, artificial intelligence has been used in different stages of orthodontic treatment, including diagnosis, decision making, outcome prediction and education. It has shown high accuracy in many areas, including cephalometric analysis and treatment planning.
