fa پیوند دندان غیرخودی Tooth allotransplantation: گزارش و بررسی 15 مورد عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">پیوند دندان از فردی به فرد دیگر یکی از راههای جایگزینی دندان از دست رفته است. این روش با توجه به مزایای فراوانی که دارد می تواند بعنوان یک روش درمانی در کلینیک مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. تکنیکهای مختلفی در پیوند دندان وجود دارد. سالمترین و بی خطرترین روش، پیوند دندان غیر زنده یا اصطلاحا پیوند آلوستاتیک دندان می باشد. در این روش احتمال ایجاد آنتی ژنیسیته در فرد گیرنده بسیار کم می باشد و انتقال بیماریهای عفونی نظیر هپاتیت و ایدز نیز با توجه به روش کار به صفر می رسد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی نتایج کلینیکی آلوترانسپلانتاسیون دندان می باشد. در این مطالعه 15 بیمار تحت درمان پیوند دندان غیر زنده با پیگیری 18 ماهه قرار گرفته اند، فقط یک مورد دفع پیوند ملاحظه شد که آنهم ناشی از Traumatic Rejection بود، در تمام بیماران تحلیل جایگزینی و در دو بیمار همزمان تحلیل آماسی نیز مشاهده گردید. از تمام بیماران آزمایش WBC Cross Match with pannel cell بعمل آمد که پاسخ آن در تمامی موارد منفی بود.</font> </p> Tooth Transplantation from one individual to another is a method of replacing missing teeth. This method can be used as an applicable clinical treatment technique due to its numerous advantages .There are different methods of tooth transplantation. Among those, the safest and healthiest is transplantation of non-vital teeth or allostatic transplantation. In this method, the risk of antigenicity in recipient is low and also there is no risk of transmission of infectious diseases such as Hepatities or AIDS. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical results of tooth allotransplantation. Current study was conducted on 15 non-vital transplanted teeth within 18 months follow-up. Only one case of rejection was observed which was a Traumatic Rejection. Replacement resorption was found in all the cases while inflammatory resorption was recorded in only two cases.
