fa لیزر در دندانپزشکی ترمیمی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">امروزه طیف استفاده از لیزر در پزشکی و دندانپزشکی بسیار گسترده است در رشته دندانپزشکی از لیزر برای جراحی نسوج نرم، استریل کردن کانالها (در روت کانال تراپی) و در دندانپزشکی ترمیمی از لیزر برای تهیه حفره، حذف پوسیدگیهای اولیه مهر و موم شیارها (در دندانپزشکی پیشگیری)، اچ کردن مینا و عاج، پلی مریزاسیون کامپازیت ها و رفع حساسیت دندانهای حساس استفاده می شود. استفاده از لیزرهای Co2 و Nd:YAG برای تهیه حفره بعلت ایجاد حرارت زیاد سبب ذغالی شدن و ترک در نواحی اطراف منطقه تابش لیزر می شود و همچنین بعلت حرارت بالای این نوع لیزرها صدمات پالپی اجتناب ناپذیر است، لذا امروزه با استفاده از لیزرهای Excimer بخصوص نوع ارگون فلوراید با طول موج 193 نانومتر توانسته اند مشکل استرس های حرارتی را برطرف کنند، ولی در عین حال استفاده از لیزر جهت کارهای دندانپزشکی بخصوص تهیه حفره احتیاج به کارهای تحقیقاتی و بررسی بیشتری نیاز دارد. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify">Today laser has a lot of usage in medicine and dentistry. In the field of dentistry, laser is used in soft tissue surgery, sterilization of canals (in root canal therapy) and in restorative dentistry laser is used for cavity preparation, caries removal, sealing the grooves (in preventive dentistry), etching enamel and dentin, composite polymerization and removal of tooth sensitivity. The use of Co2 lasers and Nd: YAG for cavity preparation, due to creating high heat causes darkness and cracks around the region of laser radiation. Also due to high temperature of these lasers, pulp damage is inevitable.
