fa Bleaching و عوارض آن عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">یکی از مشکلات بیماران دندانپزشکی تغییر رنگهای دندانی بخصوص در دندانهای قدامی می باشد. از علل تغییر رنگهای دندانی می توان به نکروز پالپ، خونریزی داخل پالپ، نواقص رشدی-تکاملی و تجویز داروها و بیماریهای سیستمیک اشاره نمود. Bleaching یا سفید کردن دندانها بعنوان راه حلی جهت از بین بردن بعضی از تغییر رنگها مطرح شده است. مقاله حاضر ضمن بررسی انواع Bleaching و عوارض جانبی آن بیان می دارد که در مواردیکه نیاز به سفید کردن دندان داریم بهتر است در انتخاب مورد دقت کافی بعمل آورده و مزایا و معایب روشهای مختلف را در رابطه با این مورد خاص بررسی کرده تا روش درمانی Bleaching یا تکنیکهای دیگر اعم از Veneering و Crowning و یا Bounding هر کدام بجای خود مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> One of the concerns od patients have been teeth stains particularly in anterior region. The etiology of this can be pulp necrosis, developmental disorders, drugs and systemic diseases. Bleaching or tooth whitening is a solution for some of these color changes. This article evaluated different methods of bleaching and their side effects .
