fa بررسی تغییرات سطح عاج دندان در اثر Conditioner های مختلف با استفاده از میکروسکپ الکترونی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">اثرات محلولهای اسید سیتریک 50 درصد، گلوما (2) Glumma 2 و GC Dentin Conditioner بر روی عاج دندان در زمانهای مختلف بررسی گردید و با سطح عاج طبیعی (نرمال) مقایسه شد. نتایجی که با استفاده از SEM بدست آمد نشان دهنده آن بود که پس از تراش حفره، سطح عاج بوسیله یک لایه غیر همگن پوشیده می شود بنام Smear Layer اسیدسیتریک 50 درصد باعث از بین بردن این لایه، باز کردن توبولهای عاجی و تا حدودی گشاد کردن آنها می شود. Glumma 2 و GC Dentin Conditioner، در مدت زمان آزمایش فقط Smear Layer را برداشته و باعث گشادی و بیرون آوردن مواد داخل توبولهای عاجی نمی شوند که تقریبا نتایج بدست آمده مشابه نتایجی بود که کارخانه های سازنده ارائه داده اند.</font> </p> </span> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> The effects of citric acid 50%, glumma and GC dentin conditioner on dentin were evaluated in different stages and compared to normal dentinal surface. The results obtained by SEM showed that smear layer is formed following cavity preparation can be removed by citric acid 50%. It can also widens dentinal tubules. On the other hand, glumma and GC conditioner can only remove smear layer without affecting dentinal tubules.
