fa بررسی 342 مورد تومور پلئومورفیک آدنوما در ایران عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">پلئومورفیک آدنوما شایعترین تومور غدد بزاقی می باشد. در تحقیق حاضر نمونه های موجود این تومور در سطح 4 مرکز معتبر داخل کشور مورد بررسی آماری نگارندگان قرار گرفته است. از میان 573 تومور غدد بزاقی جدا شده 342 مورد (60%) پلئومورفیک آدنوما بوده که 189 مورد آنها در غدد بزاقی اصلی و اکثرا در پاروتید و 145 مورد در غدد بزاقی فرعی بیشتر در کام ایجاد شده اند. این تومور غالبا در زنها با دهه سنی ابتلا بین 30 تا 50 سال می باشد. بین نمونه های بدست آمده در بررسی ارائه شده همانطور که گزارشات دیگر نیز نشان می دهند این تومور در سایر غدد اگزوکرین بجز پانکراس هم ایجاد می گردد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> Pleomorphic adenoma is the most prevalent tumor of salivary glands. In present survey, the cases are selected for analysis from 4 valid centers of the country. Of 573 salivary gland tumors, 342 (60%) were Pleomorphic adenoma of which 189 cases located in major salivary glands mostly in parotid gland and 145 cases in minor glands.
