fa ابعاد و مکانیزم عادت مکیدن انگشت عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">مکیدن انگشت از عادات مضره دهانی است که شناسائی آن و آثار نامطلوبش به هفتاد سال قبل از میلاد مسیح بر می گردد. این عادت بین کودکان بسیار شایع است و بوجود آورنده بسیاری از ناهنجاریهای دندانی فکی می باشد که اغلب بافتهای نرم داخل و خارج دهان نیز متاثر می شوند. این عادات مضر با همه صدماتی که متوجه کودک و حتی محیط اطراف وی می کند معذالک با درنظر گرفتن ویژگیهائی عمل اعتیاد را از آن متمایز می سازد. در عمل مکیدن انگشت همواره انگشت یا انگشتان، محیط دهان از داخل و خارج شرکت دارند که اینها تحت مکانیزم مخصوصی عمل می کنند که البته در لوای سه فاکتور طول و زمان انجام Duration، تواتر دفعات Frequency و بالاخره عمق تاثیر Intensity بحداکثر تاثیر خود می رسند و اگر خللی در انجام وظیفه یکی از این فاکتورها پیش آید آن دیگری از طریق جایگزینی و رفلکسی فقدان را جبران می کنند که گروهی از محققان به رفع فقدان از طریق تصادف و اتفاق معتقد هستند. بهرحال هرچه همکاری بین این سه فاکتور بطور مطلوب بیشتر باشد ضایعات ناشی از مکیدن انگشت بیشتر خواهند بود. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> Thumb sucking is a harmful prevalent habit among children that has been identified since 70 years B.C. and causes many dentoalveolar disorders affecting both intra and extra oral soft tissues. This habit is harmful in many aspects for the children and even their environment but is not considered as an addiction according to its special features. In thumb sucking habit, both the finger and oral surrounding contribute to the habit by specific mechanism. Moreover, Duration, Frequency and intensity are effective factors that compensate the effects of each other by replacing the decreased reflex. Some Scientists believe this compensation is accidental.
