fa بررسی ارتباط هوش سیاسی با مهارت‌های ارتباطی در مدیران و مسئولان واحدهای بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر یزد در سال 1403 Investigating the Relationship between Political Intelligence and Communication Skills among Managers and Officials of Teaching Hospitals in Yazd City in 2024 سایر سایر مقاله ی اصیل Original Article زمینه و هدف: هوش سیاسی بالا نزد مدیران، می‌تواند موجب افزایش بهره‌وری و عملکرد سازمانی و مهارت‌های مدیریتی از جمله مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران گردد. با توجه به اهمیت هوش سیاسی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط هوش سیاسی با مهارت‌های ارتباطی در مدیران و مسئولان واحدهای بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر یزد انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی-مقطعی و از نوع کاربردی و بر روی 65 نفر از مدیران بیمارستان‌ها و به صورت سرشماری انجام شد. از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آماره‌های توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری تحلیلی در نرم افزار SPSS 26 انجام شد. نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار هوش سیاسی برابر با (11.96±15.107) و مهارت‌های ارتباطی برابر با (7.46±59.46) و بالاتر از متوسط بود. بین میانگین نمره کلی هوش سیاسی با هیچ‌کدام از متغیر‌های دموگرافیک ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. بین میانگین نمره کلی مهارت‌های ارتباطی با متغیرهای دموگرافیک نیز فقط در متغیر جنسیت ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (P-value=0.029). از بین ابعاد هوش سیاسی بیشترین میانگین مربوط به بعد صداقت آشکار (3.21±31.87) و کمترین بازی‌های اجتماعی (3.59±20.47) و از بین ابعاد مهارت‌های ارتباطی بیشترین مربوط به مهارت کلامی (2.53±18.76) و کمترین مهارت بازخورد (2.96±19.84) بود. آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نیز نشان داد بین هوش سیاسی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی همبستگی مثبتی وجود دارد (0/527= r). نتیجه‌گیری: تأکید بر ابعاد هوش سیاسی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران و شناسایی وضعیت و به‌کارگیری اقدامات اصلاحی در راستای ارتقای عملکرد آن‌ها، حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. همچنین با توجه به پایین‌تر بودن میانگین ابعاد بازی‌های اجتماعی از هوش سیاسی و مهارت بازخورد از مهارت‌های ارتباطی در این مطالعه، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌های مناسب جهت ارتقا آن‌ها ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. Background and purpose: Political intelligence is critical for enhancing managerial performance and organizational productivity, while effective communication skills are essential for successful leadership. This study aims to examine the relationship between political intelligence and communication skills among managers and officials in teaching hospitals in Yazd City. Methods: This descriptive, cross-sectional, and applied study was conducted on 65 hospital managers, selected via census. Two standardized questionnaires were employed to measure political intelligence and communication skills. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analytical tests in SPSS version 26. Results: The mean (±SD) score for political intelligence was (107.15±11.96), and for communication skills, it was (59.46±7.46)—both above average. No significant relationship was found between political intelligence scores and any demographic variables. However, a significant association was observed between overall communication skills and the gender variable (p=0.029). Spearman’s correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between political intelligence and communication skills (r=0.527). Conclusion: The findings underscore the importance of enhancing both political intelligence and communication skills among hospital managers. In particular, the lower scores in the sub-dimensions of social games (within political intelligence) and feedback skills (within communication skills) indicate a need for targeted improvement programs.
