fa بررسی موانع رفتاری پذیرش فناوری‌های دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت Investigating Behavioral Barriers to the Adoption of Digital Technologies in Healthcare سیاست گذاری ، برنامه ریزی و رهبری و مدیریت در بیمارستان سیاست گذاری ، برنامه ریزی و رهبری و مدیریت در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article زمینه و هدف: فناوری دیجیتال شامل ایجاد و استفاده از سیستم‌ها، دستگاه‌ها و روش‌های دیجیتال یا رایانه‌ای در انجام فعالیت‌های سازمانی می‌باشد. تحقیقات در زمینه پذیرش فناوری دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت کم بوده و عمدتاً بر عوامل ساختاری متمرکز بوده‌اند. با توجه به اینکه پذیرش فناوری در نهایت توسط نیروی انسانی صورت خواهد گرفت و مقوله‌های رفتاری نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در این پذیرش ایفا خواهند کرد، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مهم‌ترین موانع رفتاری پذیرش فناوری‌های دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، پیمایشی می‌باشد. این پژوهش طی سه مرحله اجرا شده است. این مراحل عبارت‌اند از: شناسایی مهم‌ترین موانع رفتاری پذیرش فناوری‌های دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت، طراحی مدل این موانع با روش مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری و در نهایت، آزمون فرضیه‌های حاصل از این مدل در یک نمونه 302 نفری. نتایج: طبق مدل طراحی شده، موانع رفتاری پذیرش فناوری‌های دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت عبارت‌اند از: کمبود سواد فناوری دیجیتال، پایین بودن ارزش درک شده فناوری، ریسک ادراک شده بالای استفاده از فناوری، نگرش منفی، مقاومت در برابر تغییر و عدم پذیرش فناوری دیجیتال. بر مبنای این مدل شش فرضیه پژوهشی تدوین گردید و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. طبق نتایج، تمامی فرضیه‌ها تائید شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: کمبود سواد فناوری دیجیتال، اصلی‌ترین مانع پیش روی پذیرش فناوری دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت می‌باشد. لذا جهت رفع این مانع پیشنهاداتی از جمله انجام پژوهش در مورد وضعیت سواد فناوری دیجیتال و برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی به منظور ارتقاء سواد فناوری دیجیتال قابل طرح می‌باشد. Background and purpose: The integration of digital technologies—computer-based systems, devices, and methods—is transforming organizational activities within the healthcare sector. However, research on the adoption of these technologies in healthcare remains limited, with a predominant focus on structural rather than behavioral factors. As the successful implementation of technology ultimately depends on the workforce, behavioral aspects play a decisive role. Therefore, this study aims to identify the principal behavioral barriers to the adoption of digital technologies in the healthcare sector. Methods: This applied research utilized a three-stage survey methodology. The stages included: (1) identifying the most significant behavioral barriers to digital technology adoption through a literature review and expert opinions; (2) developing a hierarchical model of these barriers using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM); and (3) testing the hypotheses derived from the model with a sample of 302 healthcare professionals. Results: The ISM model identified a hierarchy of six key behavioral barriers: lack of digital literacy, low perceived value, high perceived risk, negative attitude, resistance to change, and ultimately, non-adoption of digital technology. Based on this model, six research hypotheses were formulated. Regression analysis was conducted to test these hypotheses, and the results indicated that all six were statistically supported. Conclusion: The findings establish that a lack of digital literacy is the most fundamental barrier to digital technology adoption in the healthcare sector.
