fa چالش‌های خدمات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی در ایران مبتنی بر شواهد پژوهشی: مطالعه‌ای با روش فراترکیب سایر سایر مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">زمینه و هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">: اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی نقش اساسی در مدیریت شرایط حیاتی بیماران دارد، اما شواهد نشان می‌دهد این خدمات با چالش‌های متعددی در سطوح مختلف انسانی، مدیریتی و زیرساختی روبه‌رو هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، انجام یک فراترکیب جامع به‌منظور شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌های خدمات اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی در ایران بر اساس شواهد پژوهشی موجود در بازه زمانی ۱۳۹۳ تا ۱۴۰۳ (۲۰۱۴ تا ۲۰۲۵) است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">: این مطالعه با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و بر پایه چارچوب هفت‌گانه سندلوسکی و باروس (۲۰۰۶) انجام شد. جستجوی نظام‌مند در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر داخلی و خارجی با کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط منجر به شناسایی ۴۱۴ مقاله گردید. پس از غربالگری دقیق بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج و ارزیابی کیفیت، در نهایت ۲۵ مقاله برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های این مقالات با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای مضمونی تحلیل و دسته‌بندی گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">نتایج</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">: یافته‌ها نشان داد که چالش‌های خدمات اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی در ایران در شش مضمون اصلی دسته‌بندی می‌شوند: چالش‌های نیروی انسانی، چالش‌های لجستیکی و زیرساختی، موانع سازمانی و مدیریتی، مسائل اجتماعی و فرهنگی و چالش‌های آموزشی. یک تحلیل عمیق‌تر از مضامین، ماهیت چندوجهی و درهم‌تنیده چالش‌های موجود را آشکار ساخت. تحلیل یافته‌ها همچنین نشان داد که این چالش‌ها به‌صورت منفرد وجود ندارند، بلکه در یک شبکه پیچیده از روابط علت و معلولی به یکدیگر متصل هستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" zar="">: نتایج این پژوهش تأیید می‌کند که چالش‌های سیستم اورژانس در ایران ماهیتی جهانی داشته و با مشکلات گزارش‌شده در کشورهای با درآمد کم و متوسط همپوشانی دارند. حل این مشکلات نیازمند یک رویکرد جامع و سیستمی است که تمامی ابعاد انسانی، لجستیکی، سازمانی و اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی را به‌صورت هم‌زمان پوشش دهد و به آمادگی سیستم در برابر حوادث و بلایای احتمالی نیز توجه کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:14pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Background and purpose</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">:</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) play a pivotal role in managing life-threatening conditions.
