fa درآمدی بر مبنای مکان یابی و طراحی بیمارستان ها <b>سابقه و هدف: </b>بیمارستان به عنوان بازوی مهم ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی و اوّلین سطح ارجاع خدمات درمانی، با قلمرو و مسئولیت های مشخص، مهمترین موسسه بهداشتی و درمانی در هر کشوری به شمار می آید. به عبارتی دیگر، محلّ اصلی هرگونه ایجاد هزینه برای بخش درمان اعم از پژوهش، بستری کردن و درمان، بیمارستان ها می باشند. برنامه ریزی و ساخت بیمارستان ها ، مسائل پیچیده ای را مطرح می کند. یکی از آنها مشکل برنامه ریزی هماهنگ با نظام بهداشتی است، که عواملی مثل: الویت دادن به انواع دیگر سرمایه گذاری های سودآورتر، عدم تعادل های منطقه ای، عدم تطابق عرضه خدمات بیمارستانی در رابطه با تقاضا، مشکل سنجش تحول مصرف، ناکافی بودن کنترل در زمینه ایجاد کلینیک ها و هزینه های دارویی و بالاخره عدم توازن میان فعالیت های گوناگون در این زمینه دخالت دارند. مقاله حاضر بر آن است تا با نگاهی کوتاه، اهم مواردی را که در مکانیابی و طراحی بیمارستان ها در سطوح شهری، منطقه ای و کشوری باید رعایت گردد، به صورت نظری بیان نموده و در خاتمه پیشنهاداتی در جهت مکانیابی بهینه بیمارستان ها برای هر چه بهتر شدن کارآیی آنها ارائه می نماید.<br><b>منابع اطلاعاتی و روش های انتخاب منابع : </b>در این مطالعه مروری از روش کتابخانه ای و جستجوی اینترنتی استفاده شده و برای انجام جستجو، بانک های اطلاعاتی فارسی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. <br><b>ترکیب مطالب و نتایج:</b> لازمه استفاده بهینه از فضا، استقرار پدیده ها در فضا با نظم است تا در مجموع فضا نظام داشته و به صورت هماهنگ و با حداکثر ظرفیت و کارآیی اقتصادی باشد. ایجاد نظام فضایی، خود قابلیت های جدیدی را به وجود می آورد، قابلیت های فضا، علاوه بر قابلیت های درونی (ناشی از توان عناصر متشکله درون فضا و عملکرد آنها)، قابلیت های برونی (ناشی از توان های فضاهای مجاور و اثرات آنها بر یکدیگر) را نیز شامل می شود.<p></p> <p><b>Background:</b> The hospital is an important element in the new public health. The health in the populations requires access to the medical and hospital services as well as preventive care and a healthy environment. This study attempts to review the important factors to be considered in the hospital sites selected and design in the urban, regional and country levels. Finally, suggestions have exhibited to the hospital sites selected and design for its optimum and efficiency. It's also suggests proposals for appropriate site selected and design of hospitals for optimum efficiency. <br><b>Materials & Methods:</b> This is a review article which documentary method and Internet search have been employed.<br><b>Results:</b> What principles do you use to decide on the location and layout of a new or expanded site selection? What information do you need to consider before selecting a site location? How do you maximize inherently safer design with minimal impact on the cost and schedule? How do you manage sitting issues when limited space is available? How do you address security concerns in a new site? These questions are considered cases in paper to attempt to answer it. <br><b>Conclusion: </b>To determine the feasibility of the project, the first consideration in the survey is to study the character, needs and possibilities of the community which the hospital is going to serve. The hospital facilities in the region should be studied in terms of: <br>• Population of the region<br>• Quality and number of hospitals<br>• Patient and disease pattern<br>• Cost of investigation and treatment <br>• Physical and Environmental characteristics of the site<br>This study considers the specific problems of creating a well distributed network of hospitals that deliver its services to the target population in minimal time, pollution and cost.
