<p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> تصمیم­گیری در مورد تغییر تعداد تخت­های بیمارستان یکی از چالش­های پیش روی مدیران بیمارستان­ها است، زیرا با افزایش تعداد تخت­ها، هزینه جاری بیمارستان افزوده میشود و از طرف دیگر با کاهش تعداد تختها، جریان بیماران با اختلال مواجه میشود. از این رو هدف اصلی این تحقیق، کمینه­سازی هزینه­ها و بیشینه­سازی جریان بیماران در شبکه، با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت­های عملی بیمارستان است.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>گام­های اصلی مطالعه عبارت است از: شناسایی محدودیت­های موجود در تغییر ظرفیت هر بخش به کمک مصاحبه با مدیران و پرسنل بیمارستان، تحلیل و بررسی شبکه جریان بیمار قلبی در بیمارستان مدرس تهران، شبیه­سازی جریان فعلی، تعیین سناریو­های قابل اجرا و انتخاب بهترین سناریو­ها به کمک مدل سازی ریاضی با هدف کمینه­سازی هزینه و بیشینه­سازی جریان بیماران</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>از میان تعداد زیادی سناریو موجود، با بررسی محدودیت­ها تعداد 31 سناریو قابل اجرا شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در نهایت، 8 سناریو برتر مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که به طور کلی کاهش تخت در سی­سی­یو و افزایش تخت در پست­سی­سی­یو می تواند با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت­های هزینه­ای، جریان بیماران را بهبود بخشد.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>رویکرد پیشنهادی میتواند یک راهنمای کلی برای برنامه­ریزی ظرفیت بیمارستان با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت­های عملی باشد. از آنجایی که برخی از مدیران سلامت، با ایجاد بخش پست<span dir="LTR"></span>سی<span dir="LTR"></span>سی<span dir="LTR"></span>یو (<span dir="LTR">Post Coronary Care Unit (Post CCU</span>) مخالفت می­کنند. با این رویکرد می­توان وضعیت جریان بیماران را در شرایط وجود و عدم وجود این بخش با هم مقایسه نمود. </p>

More hospital beds result in higher running cost although less hospital beds might cause disorder in patients flow. Minimizing total cost besides maximizing the patients flow in a hospital network, considering the practical limitations is the main objective of this survey.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p>

kashida;text-kashida:0%;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Materials & Methods: </b>This study had main steps to investigate following: identifying current limitations of changing capacity of each ward, by conducting interview with hospital managers and other personnel of Modares hospital, analyzing cardiac patient flow analysis, simulating current flow, determining practical scenarios and choosing the best among them by mathematical modeling could minimize total cost and maximize patient flow. <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p>

Finally, eight best scenarios had been selected. Results showed that decreasing the number of beds in CCU and increasing the number of beds in Post-CCU can improve patients flow, considering cost limitations. <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p>
