fa ارزیابی مشکلات تعاملی کاربران با سیستم اطلاعات فیزیوتراپی مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان سایر Other <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong>سیستم اطلاعات فیزیوتراپی یکی از سیستمهای اطلاعات بهداشتی است که برای افزایش کارآیی و اثربخشی خدمات این بخش بکارمیرود.مطالعات نشان داده اندکه تعامل کاربران بابرخی ازسیستمهای اطلاعاتی به دلیل مشکلات کاربردپذیری دشوار است. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی مشکلات تعاملی کاربران با سیستم اطلاعات فیزیوتراپی میباشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong>این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی<span dir="LTR">_</span>مقطعی بود که درآن بااستفاده ازروش ارزیابی هیورستیک مشکلات تعاملی کاربران سیستم اطلاعات فیزیوتراپی مورداستفاده در105 بیمارستان کشورتوسط سه ارزیاب شناسایی، طبقه بندی و تعیین شدت شدند. داده ها با استفاده از یک فرم گردآوری طراحی شده در نرم افزار اکسل گردآوری شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong>در این مطالعه82 مشکل تعاملی منفرد شناسایی گردیدکه بیشترین آنهابا 28% (23<span dir="LTR">n=</span>) مربوط به مغایرت طراحی سیستم با اصول رایج دردنیای واقعی با میانگین شدت بزرگ بود.کمترین آنها مربوط به مشکلات عدم وجود قسمت راهنمایی ومستندسازی وجلوگیری ازخطادرسیستم به ترتیب با میانگین شدت بزرگ و کوچک بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong>برخی از سیستم هایی که امروزه دربسیاری ازمراکز بهداشتی درمانی مورداستفاده قرارمی گیرند،ازجمله سیستم مورد بررسی دراین مطالعه،دارای مشکلات متعددی میباشندکه تعامل کاربران با آنهارادچارمشکل کرده ومیتواند باعث ایجادخطاوآسیب به بیماران شوند. برای شناسایی ورفع اینگونه مشکلات توصیه می شود ارزیابی کاربردپذیری این سیستم ها به صورت مستمر انجام شود تا باعث افزایش رضایتمندی کاربران، بهبود روندکاری و ارتقا و امنیت بیماران شود.</p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Physiotherapy information system is one of health information systems which used to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of physiotherapy department. Studies have revealed due to usability problems, users&#39; interaction with some information systems is complicated. This study aimed at evaluating users&#39; interaction problems with physiotherapy information system.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This study was a cross-sectional and descriptive one which performed using heuristic evaluation method; the users&#39; interaction problems of a physiotherapy system among 105 hospitals were identified, classified and rated based on their severities by three evaluators. Data were gathered using a data collection form designed in Excel software.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> In this study, 82 unique interactive problems identified which majority of them 28% (n=23) were related to unconformity of system design with real world conventions with major mean severity of the problems. The lowest numbers were related to the problems including lack of guidance, system documentation and error prevention with major and minor severity respectively.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> A number of systems, which are used in many health care centers such as assessed system in this study suffer from several problems which endanger user interaction about the systems can lead to error and patients&#39; harm.
