fa ارزیابی میزان اهمیت و وضعیت اجرای مسئولیت اجتماعی از دیدگاه شبکه مدیریتی بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه Assessing the Importance of Social Responsibility and Its Implementation Status in Kermanshah Teaching Hospitals from the Perspective of Management Team سایر سایر مقاله ی اصیل Original Article زمینه و هدف: موفقیت مدیران در بیمارستان، نه تنها منوط به توجه به محیط داخل بیمارستان، بلکه مستلزم در نظر داشتن محیط بیرونی آن می باشد. نظر به اهمیت مسئولیت اجتماعی بیمارستانها بعنوان یک مساله بیرون سازمانی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان اهمیت مسئولیت اجتماعی و وضعیت اجرایی بیمارستانها، انجام گردید. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه پیمایشی در سال 1395 در همه بیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مدیران در سطوح میانی و عملیاتی بودند که 150 نفر به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن تائید گردید. تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. نتایج: میزان اهمیت و وضعیت اجرای مسئولیت اجتماعی از دید مدیران به ترتیب در سطح بالا(99/9±20/86درصد) و متوسط (41/12±62/60درصد) ارزیابی گردید. در بین حیطه ها، بیشترین اهمیت به حیطه محیط زیست (65/11±30/88درصد) و کمترین به تامین کنندگان (47/13±40/81درصد) گزارش شد. از منظر اجرا، بیشترین توجه به مسئولیت پذیری در حوزه بیماران (26/14±87/68درصد) و کمترین به فرایندهای سازمانی (47/14±02/42درصد) بدست آمد. وضعیت اجرا مسئولیت اجتماعی برحسب پست سازمانی و نوع استخدام تفاوت آماری معنادار داشت(05/0>p). نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که میزان اجرای مسئولیت اجتماعی بیمارستان ها در حد متوسط بود. به نظر می آید که ارزیابی مدون از عملکرد مدیران و مسئولین و ارائه بازخورد عملکردی از سوی آنان و استفاده از تجارب سازمان های موفق در عرصه مسئولیت اجتماعی، ضروری است. Background: Hospital managers' success depends not only on internal of the hospital environment, but also on the external. Considering the importance of the social responsibility of hospitals as an external organizational issue, this study aimed to assess the importance of social responsibility and the implementation status of hospitals. Materials and Methods: This analytical descriptive study was conducted in Kermanshah educational hospitals in 2016. The study population consisted of management team of each hospital in middle and first-line level, of which 150 were selected using census sampling method. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the instrument was confirmed. Data analysis was performed using SPSS20 software, descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean score of importance and status of social responsibility implementation were high (86.20 ± 9.98) and moderate (60.62 ± 12.41), respectively. Among the domains, the highest and the least attention were paid to environment (11.65 ± 88.30) and suppliers (13.47 ± 81.48) domains, respectively. The highest level of accountability in patients was (68.87 ± 26/14) and the least was found in organizational processes (14.47 ± 42.02). There was a significant statistically difference in social status according to organizational status and employment type (p <0.05). Conclusion: The results revealed that the rate of social responsibility of hospitals was moderate.
