fa پیش نیازهای اجرای اعتباربخشی در بیمارستان‌ کیفیت خدمات و ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان کیفیت خدمات و ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <p></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> اعتباربخشی استراتژی مناسبی برای بهبود کیفیت، ایمنی و اثربخشی خدمات بیمارستانی است. سیستم اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی ایران به صورت دولتی و اجباری از سال 1391 شروع شد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین پیش نیازهای اجرای اعتباربخشی در بیمارستان‌های استان تهران بود.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> این مطالعه در سال 1395 با روش کیفی و از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار یافته با 72 نفر از مدیران سطوح مختلف 15 بیمارستان دانشگاهی، خصوصی، تأمین اجتماعی، نظامی و خیریه استان تهران انجام شد. بیمارستان‌ها به صورت هدفمند از بین بیمارستان‌های استان تهران انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوایی انجام شد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> پایلوت اجرایی استانداردهای اعتباربخشی قبل از ابلاغ به بیمارستان‌ها، آموزش مدیران و کارکنان در زمینه اجرای استانداردهای اعتباربخشی، تأمین منابع مورد نیاز برای اجرای اعتباربخشی، اختصاص زمان کافی و در نظر گرفتن مکانیزم‌های انگیزشی برای اجرای استانداردهای اعتباربخشی در بیمارستان‌ها از پیش نیازهای اصلی اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی است. عدم تأمین این الزامات و پیش نیازها منجر به بروز چالش‌های زیادی برای مدیران و کارکنان بیمارستان‌ها به هنگام اجرای اعتباربخشی ‌شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> تأمین پیش‌نیازها و الزامات اعتباربخشی توسط وزارت بهداشت و معاونت درمان دانشگاه‌ها قبل از ابلاغ اعتباربخشی به بیمارستان‌ها منجر به تسهیل اجرای اعتباربخشی در بیمارستان‌ها و در نهایت منجر به بهبود کیفیت، ایمنی و اثربخشی خدمات بیمارستان‌ها خواهد شد.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify;"></p> <p></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; -ms-text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; -ms-text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; -ms-text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><strong>Background: </strong>Accreditation is an appropriate strategy for improving the quality, safety and effectiveness of hospital services. Iran national hospital accreditation was initiated as a government and mandatory program in 2012. This study aimed to identify the prerequisites of hospital accreditation implementation in Tehran province hospitals.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This qualitative study was performed using semi-structured interviews with 72 managers in different level from 15 university, private, military, social security and charity hospitals in 2016. Hospitals were selected purposefully through Tehran province hospitals. Content analysis was used in order to data analysis.<span dir="RTL"> </span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Pilot testing of standards before announcing to hospitals for implementation, education and training of hospital managers and employees on accreditation standards, providing required resources, allocating enough time for implementing the standards and providing incentives for implementing standards are the main hospital accreditation prerequisites.
