<p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">: در سالهای اخیر، بیمارستان هاشمی‏نژاد بعضی از خدمات غیردرمانی خود را یا برون‏سپاری کرده ویا تصمیم بر برون‏سپاری آن به بخش خصوصی دارد. انتخاب و ارزیابی تامین‏کننده موضوع بحرانی و اصلی در برون‏سپاری خدمات بیمارستانی می‏باشد. لذا در این پژوهش به انتخاب و ارزیابی تامین‏کنندگان برای خدمات برون‏سپاری شده در بیمارستانها پرداخته شد.</span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">مواد و روش ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> جهت نیل به این هدف ابتدا با بررسی مطالعات و با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و کارشناسان بیمارستانی متشکل از مدیریت بیمارستان، مدیر کیفیت، مدیر منابع انسانی، مسئولان بخشهای برون‏سپاری شده و سایر خبرگان و متخصصان مرتبط با این حوزه، معیارهای ارزیابی و انتخاب تامین‏کنندگان خدمات برون‏سپاری شده شناسایی شد که شامل 14 معیار بود. معیارهای شناسایی شده در سه حوزه ویژگی‏های خدمت، ویژگی‏های تامین‏کننده و معیارهای ارتباطات در زنجیره‏تامین دسته‏بندی شدند. مساله انتخاب تامین‏کننده جز مسائل تصمیم‏گیری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">چند معیاره می‏باشد. بنابراین با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و با کمک نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">Expert choice 11</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> معیارها وزن‏دهی و رتبه‏بندی شدند.</span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">بر اساس نتایج حاصل شده، زیر معیارهای کیفیت خدمات، سیستم‏های مدیریتی، مشتری‏مداری، امنیت اطلاعات تاثیر بیشتری بر انتخاب تامین‏کنندگان داشتند و زیر معیارهای، موقعیت جغرافیایی، انعطاف‏پذیری و توانایی حل مساله کمترین اولویت را به خود اختصاص دادند. </span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">تامین‏کننده </span></span><span dir="LTR">C</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> در معیار ارتباطات دارای بالاترین اولویت و تامین کننده </span></span><span dir="LTR">A</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> در دو معیار دیگر یعنی ویژگی‏های خدمت و ویژگی‏های تامین‏کننده دارای اولویت بالاتری برای انتخاب تامین کننده دارا بود. تامین کننده </span></span><span dir="LTR">A</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> در رتبه اول، تامین کننده </span></span><span dir="LTR">C</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> در رتبه دوم و تامین کننده </span></span><span dir="LTR">B</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> در رتبه بعد قرار گرفت. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left:18.0pt;"><strong>Background:</strong> In recent years, Hashemi Nejad Hospital was outsourced or insourced some of their services to private sector or will have decision to do it. Selection and assessment of suppliers in outsourcing of hospital services is a critical issue. In this study, selecting and evaluating suppliers for outsourcing services in hospitals was evaluated.<br>
<strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In order to achieve the goal, evaluating and selecting outsourcing service providers with studies and using opinion of the experts and medical experts, consisting of hospital manager, quality manager, HR managers, officials outsourced parts and other experts in this respect which includes 14 criteria. Identified criteria were clustered in three areas of service features, characteristics and criteria for communications suppliers in the supply chain; supplier selection problem is the problem multi-criteria decision. So, criteria were ranked and weighted using the Expert choice 11 software and AHP.<br>
<strong>Results</strong>: Based on the study results, sub-criteria of the quality of service, management systems, customer care, and information security had greatest impact on the selection of suppliers and sub-criteria, geographic location, flexibility and problem solving had the lowest priority.<br>
<strong>Conclusion</strong>: C supplier had the highest priority according to the communication criteria and A supplier had the highest priority according to two other criteria. In total, the supplier A had the first priority, supplier B had the second priority and supplier C had the third priority.</p>
