fa ارزشیابی میزان آمادگی بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران برای اجرای برنامه ممیزی بالینی از دیدگاه مدیران بیمارستان‌ها در سال 1397 کیفیت خدمات و ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان کیفیت خدمات و ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان آمادگی بیمارستان های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران برای اجرای برنامه های ارتقای کیفیت و ممیزی بالینی از دیدگاه مدیران انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">مواد و روش ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> مطالعه حاضر مطالعه&shy;ای توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع کاربردی می باشد که به صورت مقطعی در سال 1397 در چهار بیمارستان منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. جامعه آماری20 نفر از مدیران بیمارستان های منتخب بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه دو قسمتی بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> نسخه 23 و همچنین از آزمون&shy;های آماری بهره گرفته شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> میزان اثربخشی و آمادگی بیمارستان ها در اجرای برنامه ممیزی بالینی درحیطه مربوط به داده ها و اطلاعات، کارتیمی و بازخورد هر کدام برابر60%،&nbsp; منابع، طراحی و اجرا، مدیریت ممیزی بالینی و شواهد و استانداردها هر کدام برابر 55%، بیماری و آموزش برابر 50 % و نیروی انسانی برابر 45% می باشد. همچنین با افزایش تعداد دفعات ممیزی های بالینی، آمادگی بیمارستان ها برای پروژه های بهبود کیفیت افزایش می یابد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> با توجه به اثر بخشی و آمادگی کم بیمارستان&shy;ها در اجرای برنامه ممیزی بالینی به خصوص در حیطه منابع انسانی (45%) لازم است که مدیران و برنامه&shy;ریزان برنامه های ممیزی بالینی در بیمارستان ها با شناخت دقیق این عوامل در جهت</span></span> <span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">کنترل محیط سازمانی به بهبود اثربخشی برنامه های ممیزی کمک کنند</span></span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">.</span></span><br> <br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Background:</strong> The present research aimed to assess the readiness of selected hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences to implement quality improvement programs and clinical audits from the viewpoint of managers.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: A descriptive-analytic study was conducted in May 2017 in four selected hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The study population of this study was 20 managers of selected hospitals who were selected by census sampling method and entered the study. The data gathering tool was a two-part questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. In this study, we used SPSS software version 23 and statistical tests to analyze the data.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The effectiveness and readiness of hospitals to implement a clinical audit program was equal to 60% in the field of data and information, cardiology and feedback; 55% in resources, design and implementation, clinical audit management, and evidence and standards; 50% in illness and education; and 45% in manpower.
