fa بررسی وضعیت توزیع پزشکان متخصص گوش، گلو، بینی و جراحی سر و گردن در استان‌های کشور در سال 1396 مدیریت منابع انسانی در بیمارستان مدیریت منابع انسانی در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">&nbsp; برابری در دسترسی به خدمات مراقبت سلامت از جمله اهداف مهم نظام سلامت می باشد. در این مطالعه، توصیفی از وضعیت توزیع پزشکان متخصص گوش، گلو، بینی و جراحی سر و گردن استان ها و شهرستان های کشور ایران در سال 1396 انجام&nbsp; شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> این مطالعه توصیفی-</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">تحلیلی به منظور توصیف وضعیت توزیع پزشکان متخصص</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">گوش،</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">حلق</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">بینی و جراحی سر و گردن در استان ها و شهرستان های کشور در سال 1396 انجام شده است. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق وزرات بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی و مرکز آمار ایران جمع آوری شد. به منظور تحلیل نتایج از شاخص ضریب جینی، منحنی لورنز، رگرسیون چندگانه و ترسیم نقشه های جغرافیایی به کمک نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">R</span><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> نسخه 0-6-3</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">استفاده</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">شد</span></span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> استان تهران (2.31) و هرمزگان (0.39) به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین سرانه پزشکان متخصص گوش، گلو بینی و جراحی سر و گردن به ازای 100 هزار نفر جمعیت در سال 1396 را&nbsp; به خود اختصاص داده اند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که تفاوت قابل توجهی در</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">دسترسی به پزشکان متخصص گوش، گلو، بینی و جراحی سر و گردن در مناطق مختلف کشور وجود داشت. </span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> equality in access of health care services is one of the most important goals of Health system<span dir="RTL"> .</span>In this study, we provided a description of the distribution of Otorhinolaryngology Head & neck surgery specialists in the Provinces of Iran in 2017<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2017 to describe the distribution of Otorhinolaryngology Head & neck surgery specialists in the Provinces of Iran in 2017. Data were gathered through Ministry of Health and Statistical Center of Iran.
