fa تعیین نیازمندی‌های ذی‌نفعان سامانه مدیریت اطلاعاتی پزشکی ورزشکاران بر اساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <div style="margin-right:-2.25pt;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> امروزه در نظام اطلاعات پزشکی، داده‌های گوناگونی ذخیره شده‌اند تا در مواقع لزوم تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده یا بازیابی شوند؛ لذا این پژوهش باهدف تعیین نیازمندی‌های ذی‌نفعان سامانه مدیریت اطلاعاتی پزشکی ورزشکاران بر اساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> جامعه پژوهش شامل ورزشکاران، ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات بالینی و مدیران مراکز پزشکی ورزشی کشور ایران بود. در این پژوهش، از جداول مقایسه‌ای کشورهای منتخب، برای نیازسنجی از ذی‌نفعان استفاده شد و به‌صورت ترکیبی بود. برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسش‌نامه، تعداد پاسخ‌های کسب‌شده هر مؤلفه بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت مشخص و با توجه ‌به فراوانی پاسخ‌های مربوط به گزینه‌ها، درصد هر یک محاسبه شد و مؤلفه‌هایی که توافق جمعی کاربران بیش از 50 درصد بود انتخاب شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> مجموعه ‌داده اولیه، اجزاء کلی سامانه و موجودیت‌های اولیه سامانه پرونده اطلاعات پزشکی ورزشی ورزشکاران را مشخص نمود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین توافق جمعی در مورد وجود نوع آلرژی دارویی و بیماری دیابت در سابقه بیماری خانواده در پرونده سلامت فردی ورزشکاران و کمترین توافق در مورد نحوه ورود به تیم حاصل شد. نیازهای ذی‌نفعان در مقایسه با کشورهای منتخب، شامل جزئیات بیشتری از جمله اطلاعات سلامت روان بود که در مجموعه داده کشورهای منتخب، به آن توجه چندانی نشده بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> به نظر می‌رسد</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Roya;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">بر اساس یافته‌ها، دسترسی فرد به اطلاعات پزشکی ورزشی، نکته کلیدی است و فرد می‌تواند در یک درمان بیمارمحور، اطلاعات خود، مشکلات و نیازهای سلامت مرتبط با خود را مشاهده و دریافت نماید.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <strong>Background</strong><br> In today&#39;s medical information system, various data are stored to be analyzed or retrieved when necessary. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the needs of stakeholders of athletes&#39; medical information management system based on international standards.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials & Methods</strong><br> The study population included athletes, clinical service providers and managers of sports medicine centers in Iran. In this study, comparison tables of selected countries were used to assess the needs of stakeholders and were quantitative-descriptive. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire, the number of answers obtained for each component was determined based on the Likert scale and according to the frequency of answers related to the options, the percentage of each was calculated and the components that were more than 50% were agreed upon.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results</strong><br> Findings identified the initial data set, general components of the system and the initial assets of the Athlete Sports Medicine Information System. The results showed that the highest collective agreement about the presence of drug allergies and diabetes in the family&#39;s history was in the individual health records of athletes and the lowest agreement was reached on how to join the team. Stakeholder needs, compared to selected countries, included more details, including mental health information, that were not given much attention in the selected countries&#39; datasets.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong><br> Based on the findings, it seems that a person&#39;s access to sports medicine information is a key point and a person can see and receive their information, problems and related health needs in a patient-centered treatment. انفورماتیک پزشکی, سیستم‌های مدیریت پایگاه‌داده, پزشکی ورزشی.
