fa ارائه مدل مفهومی تأثیرات توسعه گردشگری سلامت در بهزیستی جامعه: رویکرد داده بنیاد Presenting a conceptual model of the effects of health tourism development on community welfare: A Grounded Theory Approach مدیریت مالی و اقتصاد در بیمارستان مدیریت مالی و اقتصاد در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article زمینه و هدف: <a name="_Hlk92172917">گردشگری سلامت بهعنوان یکی از صنایع درآمدزا و رقابتی در دنیا مطرح شده و از حوزههای نوین گردشگری است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، ارائه</a> مدل مفهومی  تأثیرات توسعه گردشگری سلامت در بهزیستی جامعه میباشد. <a name="_Hlk95802472">مواد و روشها:</a> این پژوهش بهصورت کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی میباشد. جامعه پژوهش شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران گردشگری سلامت بود. 15 نفر به روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و عمیق در مطالعه مشارکت نمودند. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار MAXQDA10 و با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد بر مبنای سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام گرفت. برای بررسی روایی، به دو شیوه بازخور مشارکتکننده و دریافت نظرات همکاران و برای اطمینان از پایایی در مصاحبهها، به دو روش بازآزمون و دو کدگذار عمل شد. نتایج: مبنای تحلیل دادهها 100 کلیدواژه (کدهای باز) بود که با شناسایی ارتباط بین کدها، مفاهیم مشترک در 18 مفهوم طبقهبندی شد. مفاهیم اصلی با روش کدگذاری محوری، در جایگاه و مقولههای مناسب قرارگرفت. از آنجا که ردپای امکانات پزشکی و بهداشتی، زیرساختهای گردشگری سلامت و سیاستهای توسعه روابط، در اغلب دادهها و نقل قولهای مصاحبهشوندگان مشاهده گردید، بهعنوان زیر مقولههای محوری گردشگری سلامت انتخاب و این سه مورد در مرکز مدل قرار گرفته و سایر مقولهها با آن مرتبط شدند. نتیجهگیری:<a name="_Hlk92172989"> توسعه گردشگری سلامت، ابزاری برای توسعه جامعه محسوب شده و موجب افزایش سرمایهگذاری در بخش</a>های سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی جامعه، اشتغالزایی، افزایش درآمد و رضایت و نشاط مردم میشود و موجبات توسعه رفاه، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی را فراهم میآورد. <a name="_Hlk90028947">Introduction:</a><a name="_Hlk90028988"></a> Health tourism is one of the most lucrative and competitive industries in the world and is a new field of tourism. The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual model of health tourism development on community welfare. <a name="_Hlk95803213">Materials and Methods:</a> <a name="_Hlk90030565"></a>This research is qualitatively exploratory. The study population included university professors and health tourism managers. Fifteen people participated in the study through purposive non-probabilistic sampling and through semi-structured and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was performed with MAXQDA10 software and a grounded theory approach based on three stages of open, axial and selective coding. To check the validity, two methods of participatory feedback and receiving the opinions of colleagues, and to ensure the reliability of the interviews, two methods of retesting and two coders were performed. Results: <a name="_Hlk90030597">The data analysis was based on 100 keywords (open source). By identifying the relationship between the codes, 18 common concepts were categorized. The main concepts were categorized according to the axial coding method. Because traces of medical and health facilities, health tourism infrastructure, and relationship development policies were seen in most of the interviewees' quotes, they were selected as the central sub-categories of health tourism and these three items were placed at the center of the model.
