fa طراحی مدل منطقی داده سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات بیمارستانی ورزشکاران بر اساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی Designing a logical data model of athletes' hospital information management system based on international standards مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <div style="border:dashed windowtext 1.0pt; padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt">زمینه و هدف: امروزه مراقبت‌های بیمارستانی، با تکیه بر سامانه پرونده سلامت، بیش از پیش موردتوجه قرارگرفته اند. با توجه به وجود تنوع داده در این سامانه‌ها، طراحی مدل مفهومی و منطقی استاندارد توسط ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات، نقش مهمی در موفقیت آن‌ها خواهد داشت. لذا این پژوهش باهدف طراحی مدل منطقی داده سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات بیمارستانی ورزشکاران بر اساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: طراحی مدل منطقی سامانه اطلاعات بیمارستانی ورزشکاران کشور ایران بر اساس موجودیت‌ها و مؤلفه‌های اصلی سیستم پس از مقایسه کشورهای منتخب، بررسی اولیه نیازمندی‌های ذینفعان، مجموعه داده اعتبارسنجی شده توسط خبرگان و اعتبار سنجی مدل مفهومی انجام شد و دیاگرام‌ها ترسیم شد. جلسه با حضور خبرگان برای اعتبارسنجی مدل منطقی پیشنهادی برگزار شد. اصلاحات پیشنهادی در جلسه مورد بحث قرار گرفت و انجام شد، توافق جمعی در مورد مدل منطقی ارائه شده حاصل و اعتبار مدل به تائید رسید. نتایج: فعالیت‌های ورود، تغییر کلمه عبور، رزرو نوبت معاینه، ثبت اطلاعات ورزشکار، ثبت معاینه، ثبت نتایج آزمایش، فعالیت ثبت اطلاعات واکسیناسیون، ثبت یادآور سلامت، ثبت اطلاعات سلامت به عنوان دیاگرام‌های اصلی این سامانه تعیین گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد بر اساس یافته‌ها، دسترسی فرد به اطلاعات پزشکی ورزشی، نکته کلیدی است و فرد می‌تواند در یک درمان بیمارمحور، نیازهای سلامت مرتبط با خود را مشاهده و دریافت نماید. </div> Background and purpose: Today, hospital care, relying on the health record system, has received more attention than before. Considering the diversity of data in these systems, the design of standard conceptual and logical models by service providers will play an important role in their success. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a logical data model of the hospital information management system for athletes based on international standards. Materials and methods: The design of the logical model of the hospital information system for athletes in Iran based on the main entities and components of the system was done after comparing the selected countries, the initial review of the needs of the beneficiaries, the dataset validated by the experts and the validation of the conceptual model, and the diagrams were painted. The meeting was held with the presence of experts to validate the proposed logical model. The proposed amendments were discussed and carried out in the meeting, the collective agreement on the presented logical model and the validity of the model were confirmed. Results: login activities, password change, examination appointment booking, athlete information registration, examination registration, test results registration, vaccination information registration activity, health reminder registration,  and health information registration were determined as the main diagrams of this system.
