fa مطالعه سرانجام بیماران بستری در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های رسول اکرم (ص) و فیروزگر با شکایت غیراختصاصی ضعف و بی‌حالی Assessment of outcome of patients admitted to 2 academic Emergency Departments with non-specific complaints (weakness) ارتقاء سلامت و درمان بیماران در بیمارستان ارتقاء سلامت و درمان بیماران در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article زمینه و هدف: داشتن ضعف و بی‌حالی و احساس نیاز به خدمات اورژانس بیمارستانی یکی از مهم‌ترین علل مراجعه بیماران به اورژانس بیمارستان‌ها می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین میزان ابتلا و مرگ‌ومیر بیماری‌ها با ضعف و بی‌حالی مراجعه‌کنندگان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مشاهده‌ای و آینده‌نگر در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های رسول اکرم و فیروزگر انجام گرفت. بیماران توسط تیم ارزیابی‌کننده در واحد تریاژ اورژانس توسط ابزار معتبر بین‌المللی تریاژ "شاخص شدت اورژانس (ESI) " به 5 گروه تقسیم شدند. بیماران به مدت 2 ماه پس از زمان ترخیص پیگیری شدند و وضعیت بیمار از لحاظ بیماری، سلامت یا مرگ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: در بین سطوح 1 و 2 (بیمار با شرایط سطح حدت بالا) و 3 (نیاز بیمار به دو یا بیشتر از تسهیلات اورژانس در صورت عدم اختلال در علائم حیاتی)، سطح 3 بیشترین فراوانی مراجعه را داشت (9/61 درصد). 7/90 درصد بیماری زمینه‌ای داشتند و 1/66 درصد از بیماران در زمان مراجعه دارو مصرف می‌کردند. در همان مراجعه اول 11 درصد از بیماران فوت کرده‌اند. در پیگیری اولیه 7/23 درصد افراد همچنان بیمار بودند، 7/40 درصد بهبودی پیدا کرده بودند و 8/17 درصد آنان فوت کرده بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد در پیگیری نهایی 3/9 درصد افراد همچنان بیمار بودند؛ میزان بیماران بهبود یافته در پیگیری نهایی 1/44 درصد بود و درصد فراوانی فوتی‌ها در پیگیری نهایی 6/24 درصد بود. درصد مرگ‌ومیر بالا نشان از این دارد که نگرانی بیماران نه به خاطر داشتن ضعف و بی‌حالی، به خاطر بیماری زمینه‌ای خطرناک بوده است که آن‌ها را مجاب به مراجعه به بیمارستان کرده است. <pre data-placeholder="Translation" dir="ltr" id="tw-target-text"> Background and aim: Having weakness and lethargy and feeling the need for hospital emergency services is one of the most important reasons for patients to go to hospital emergency rooms. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between morbidity and mortality of patients with weakness and lethargy. Method: The present study was conducted in an observational and prospective manner in the emergency department of Rasool Akram and Firouzgar hospitals. The patients were divided into 5 groups by the evaluation team in the emergency triage unit using the international valid triage tool "Emergency Severity Index (ESI)". The patients were followed up for 2 months after the time of discharge and the patient's condition was examined in terms of illness, health or death. Result: Between levels 1 and 2 (patients with high severity conditions) and 3 (patient needs two or more emergency facilities in case of no disturbance in vital signs), level 3 had the highest frequency of referrals (61.9%). 90.7% had an underlying disease and 66.1% of the patients were taking medication at the time of visit. 11% of patients died in the first visit. In the initial follow-up, 23.7% of people were still sick, 40.7% had recovered and 17.8% had died. Conclusion: According to results in the final follow-up, 3.9% of people were still sick; the rate of recovered patients in the final follow-up was 44.1% and the percentage of deaths in the final follow-up was 24.6%.
