fa طراحی و تدوین چهارچوب ارزشیابی دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی بر اساس استانداردهای آموزشی در دوره کارآموزی سیاست گذاری ، برنامه ریزی و رهبری و مدیریت در بیمارستان سیاست گذاری ، برنامه ریزی و رهبری و مدیریت در بیمارستان مقاله ی اصیل Original Article <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:16pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">انتظار می‌رود دانش‌آموختگان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، شایستگی‌های لازم را جهت ایفای پست‌های مختلف مدیریتی و اداری داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی و تدوین چهارچوب ارزشیابی دانشجویان بر اساس استانداردهای آموزشی در دوره کارآموزی، انجام پذیرفته است.</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="font-family:"B Roya""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:16pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">مطالعه حاضر در چهار فاز انجام شده است: در فاز اول به منظور شناسایی مشکل و نیازسنجی، به بررسی کوریکولوم و سرفصل‌های موجود و همچنین مطالعات انجام شده در این زمینه پرداخته شده است. در فاز دوم، از دیدگاه ذینفعان به‌منظور تکمیل و اصلاح چهارچوب اولیه استفاده شده است. در فاز سوم، کاربرگ های ثبت فعالیت‌های یادگیری کارآموزی برای دانشجویان تهیه و چک‌لیستی از اهداف آموزشی و یادگیری، مهارت‌های فردی و مدیریتی و مهارت‌های توسعه صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای تدوین شده است؛ و در نهایت از پانل تخصصی برای تعیین نوع آزمون‌های تکوینی و پایانی استفاده شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:16pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">نتایج: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">مشکلات و چالش‌های کارآموزی‌ها در 4 حیطه قابل بررسی می‌باشد: برنامه‌ریزی نامناسب دوره، دانشکده، گروه - اساتید و بیمارستان.</span></span><b> </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">در طراحی ابزار ارزشیابی نیز، 9 معیار مدنظر قرار گرفته است؛ و</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:"> از آزمون‌های طراحی شده در چهارچوب تدوینی به عنوان آزمون‌های تکوینی و از آزمون‌های استدلالی به عنوان آزمون‌های پایانی استفاده شده است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="font-family:"B Roya""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:16pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" roya="" style="font-family:"> چهارچوب تدوین شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری معتبر و جامع برای ارزیابی صلاحیت و توانمندی‌های عملی دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی در طول دوره کارآموزی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <pre style="margin-top:16px; text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15.0pt"><span courier="" new="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">It is expected that graduates of healthcare management have the necessary skills to perform various managerial and administrative positions. This study was carried out with the aim of designing and compiling an evaluation framework for students based on educational standards in the internship period.</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span></span></pre> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:15.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials &Methods: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The current study was conducted in four phases: In the first phase, in order to identify the problem and assess the needs, the existing curriculum and topics were examined, as well as the studies conducted in this field. In the second phase, the perspective of the stakeholders was used to complete and modify the initial framework. In the third phase, worksheets for registering internship learning activities were prepared for students and a checklist of educational and learning objectives, personal and management skills, and skills for developing professional qualifications was compiled. Finally, a specialized panel was used to determine the type of formative and final exams.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:15.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The problems and challenges of internships can be investigated in 4 areas: inappropriate planning of the course, faculty, group - professors and hospital. In designing the evaluation tool, 9 criteria were taken into consideration.
