fa بررسی نگرش ایمنی در تعدادی از شرکت‌های تولیدی شهرستان ارومیه پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه</strong>: نگرش مثبت ایمنی کارکنان در ارتباط مستقیم با افزایش سطح ایمنی در محیط کار بوده و از طریق افزایش تعداد رفتارهای ایمن کارگران موجب کاهش حوادث شغلی می‌شود. بررسی نگرش ایمنی کارکنان در محیطهای کاری می‌تواند در شناسایی علل زمینه‌ای اعمال ناایمن خیلی کمک کننده باشد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی نگرش ایمنی و میزان ارتباط آن با متغیرهای مختلف فردی و شغلی در تعدادی از شرکت‌های تولیدی واقع در شهرستان ارومیه بود.<br> <br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: در این مطالعه، نگرش ایمنی تعداد 194 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در 9 شرکت تولیدی با استفاده از یک پرسش‌نامه با سطح روایی و پایایی قابل قبول اندازه گیری شد. پرسش‌نامه مورد استفاده در دو بخش تنظیم شد که بخش اول شامل اطلاعات شغلی و فردی شرکت کنندگان و بخش دوم شامل 46 سوال مرتبط با نگرش ایمنی بود. نگرش ایمنی در قالب ده فاکتور اصلی با استفاده از مقیاس اندازه گیری لیکرت پنج نمره‌ای سنجیده شد.<br> <br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اکثر شرکت کنندگان دارای نگرش ایمنی متوسط (9/78 %) بوده و میانگین نمره نگرش کلی ایمنی آن‌ها 19/3 (25/0 &plusmn;) بود. &laquo;تعهد به ایمنی و مشارکت در امور ایمنی&raquo; و &laquo; گفتگو در زمینه ایمنی و مبادله اطلاعات ریسک&raquo; به ترتیب با میانگین (انحراف معیار)‌های 97/3 (52/0 &plusmn;) و 53/2 (58/0 &plusmn;) بیش‌ترین و کم‌ترین نمره‌های فاکتورهای نگرش ایمنی را دارا بودند. به‌علاوه، شرکت کنندگان شرکت‌های تولیدی خصوصی نگرش ایمنی بهتری در مقایسه با شرکت‌های تولیدی دولتی داشتند (05/0 > P). مدیران و کارگرانی که قبلا در زمینه ایمنی آموزش دیده بودند نگرش متفاوتی به فاکتورهای مختلف نگرش ایمنی در مقایسه با گروه‌های آموزش ندیده گزارش کردند.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: با توجه به این‌که اکثر شرکت کنندگان مطالعه دارای نگرش ایمنی در حد متوسط بودند، این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌کند که شرکت‌های مطالعه شده از طریق افزایش کمیت و کیفیت دوره‌های آموزشی مورد نیاز ایمنی و گفتگوی بیش‌تر مدیران و سرپرستان با کارگران در زمینه ایمنی به‌منظور بهبود نگرش ایمنی و بالتبع کاهش حوادث شغلی تلاش کنند.</p> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Positive safety attitude of employees is directly associated with workplace safety, and it can decrease occupational accidents through increasing the number of safety acts. Assessment of employees&rsquo; safety attitude in workplaces can be more helpful to identify underlying causes of unsafe acts. The main aim of this study was to assess safety attitude and its&rsquo; relationship with different personal and occupational variables in a number of manufacturing companies, located in Urmia City, Iran. &nbsp;<br> <br> <strong>Material and Method</strong>: In this study, the safety attitude of 194 employees was measured in 9 manufacturing companies using a questionnaire with acceptable validity and reliability. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: participants&rsquo; personal and job related information, as well as 46 safety attitude related questions. The questions of safety attitude was measured using a five-point Likert scale in form of ten main aspects.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Result</strong>: The results indicated that majority of participants (78.9 %) had a moderate safety attitude level and the mean (&plusmn;SD) score of total safety attitude was 3.19 (&plusmn;0.25). &ldquo;Commitment to safety and participation in safety activities&rdquo; and &ldquo;safety talk and risk information communication&rdquo; obtained the highest and lowest scores of safety attitude factors, with mean (SD) of 3.97(&plusmn;0.52) and 2.53(&plusmn;0.58), respectively. In addition, the participants from private companies showed a better safety attitude than those of governmental companies (P-value<0.05).
