other بررسی نقش ریسک‌های کلیدی در توقف استحصال گاز ترش با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی صنعت پالایشگاه گاز) Study of the Role of key risks in the trip gas sweetening unit by using Structural Equation Modeling: A case study in the Gas Refinery ایمنی محیط کار و مدیریت ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست پژوهشي Research مقدمه: مدیریت ریسک واحد، یک جزء حیاتی از مدیریت پالایش گاز محسوب می‌شود که اگر به‌خوبی مدیریت نشود ممکن است به توقف تولید منجر شود. هدف از این مطالعه ارائه یک مدل ساختاری برای واکاوی نقش و تأثیرگذاری متغیرها بر توقف فرآیند تولید گاز در پالایشگاه گاز می‌باشد. روشکار: این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی ریسک‌های کلیدی در توقف استحصال گاز ترش در واحد شیرین‌سازی گاز پالایشگاه گاز واقع در عسلویه به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گرفت. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل ریسک‌های واحد، ابتدا از روش نمودار استخوان ماهی استفاده شده و سپس مدلسازی داده‌ها برای حادثه توقف تولید استحصال گازترش پالایشگاه با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. جهت مدل‌سازی و تحلیل از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 24 و Smart PLS 2 استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که «ریسک مرتبط با متغیر محیط» با ضریب مسیر 0/943 و آماره تی 103/791، «ریسک مرتبط با تأمین هزینه» با ضریب مسیر 0/937 و آماره تی 95/168، «ریسک مرتبط با پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های مدیریتی» با ضریب مسیر 0/847 و آماره تی 35/236، «ریسک حوادث» با ضریب مسیر 0/791 و آماره تی 25/410، «ریسک مرتبط با زمان» با ضریب مسیر 0/758 و آماره تی 15/121 و ریسک مرتبط با خطای انسانی با ضریب مسیر 0/712 و آماره تی 11/215 به ترتیب با ضریب اهمیت مسیر بیشتر نسبت به سایر ریسک ها بر ریسک توقف تولید مؤثر می‌باشند. همچنین با مقایسه ضرایب مسیر مربوط به ریسک‌ها می‌توان دریافت که تأثیر هر یک از ریسک‌ها نسبت به توقف تولید با یکدیگر متفاوت است. نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه‌به یافته‌های پژوهش، متغیرها و مؤلفه‌های قابل‌ردیابی مختلفی روی شاخص توقف تولید در صنعت گاز تأثیرگذار می‌باشد؛ بنابراین لازم است نقش این ریسک‌ها در وقوع رویداد بررسی گردد و برنامه‌ریزی مناسبی جهت پیشگیری از خسارت به پالایشگاه گاز اتخاذ گردد. Introduction: Unit risk management is a critical component of gas refining management, as risks that are not well-managed may lead to trip production failures. The present study aimed to provide a structural model for investigating the role and effect of different variables on stopping the gas production process in the gas refinery. Material and Methods: This study was a retrospective cross-sectional and systematic analysis, which was carried out on key risks in the trip gas sweetening unit in a gas refinery industry located in Asaluyeh, Iran. The systems analysis was applied by using Fishbone Diagram, and then data modeling was prepared by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for an incident that occurred during gas sweetening production. Tools for the data analysis included the SPSS 24 and Smart PLS 2 software. Results: Results of this research indicate that “Environment Risk” with a path coefficient of 0.943 and T- Value of 103.791; “Cost Risk” with a path coefficient of 0.937 and T- Value of 95.168; “Implementation of management system Risk” with a path coefficient of 0.847 and T- Value of 35.23; “Accident Risk” with path coefficient of 0.577 and T- Value of 25.410; “Time Risk” with path coefficient of 0.758 and T- Value of 15.121; “Human Error Risk” with path coefficient of 0.712 and T- Value of 11.215 had the most important coefficients of the paths respectively, that are effective in stopping production concerning other risks. Also, by comparing the path coefficients of the risks we can see that the impact of each of the risks on stopping production is different. Conclusion: The findings of the present study revealed that a combination of variables can affect stopping production in the gas industry.
