fa ارزیابی فانکشنال حس وضعیت مفصل زانو بعد از بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>زمینه و هدف : </strong>لیگامان متقاطع قدامی در زانو دو نقش مکانیکال و حسی دارد. حس عمقی توسط بازسازی وضعیت مفصل و آستانه درک حرکت پاسیو در وضعیت بدون تحمل وزن ارزیابی شده است. پیشنهاد شده است که ارزیابی حس عمقی در وضعیت فانکشنال اندام تحتانی ممکن است اثر آسیب و بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی را بر عملکرد حس عمقی زانو  بهتر نشان دهد.</font><p></p><p dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی حس وضعیت مفصل زانو بعد از بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی در وضعیت فانکشنال بود.</font></p><p dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>12 بیمار که تحت عمل بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی قرار گرفته بودند و 12 فرد سالم در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. حس وضعیت مفصل در زانوی غالب افراد سالم و زانوی عمل شده و زانوی سالم بیماران از طریق بازسازی زاویه تست شده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.  برای اندازه گیری زاویه از سیستمی متشکل از فوتوگرافی دیجیتال، مارکرهای غیر منعکس کننده و آنالیز با AutoCAD استفاده شد. ارزیابی در دو وضعیت، حرکت در جهت اکستانسیون و حرکت در جهت فلکسیون صورت گرفت. خطای مطلق به عنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شد.</font></p><p dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>تفاوت معنی داری در حس وضعیت مفصل بین دو زانوی عمل شده و زانوی سالم بیماران و هر کدام از زانوهای بیماران با زانوی غالب افراد سالم در هر وضعیت تست وجود نداشت. همچنین بین دو وضعیت تست، در هر کدام از زانوهای بیماران و گروه کنترل اختلاف معنی دار وجود نداشت.</font></p><p dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد افرادی که تحت عمل بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی قرار گرفته اند در وضعیت تحمل وزن اختلالی در حس وضعیت مفصل ندارند. حس وضعیت مفصل زانو عمدتا توسط گیرنده های عضلانی- تاندونی تامین می‏شود.  اطلاعات حسی گیرنده های مکانیکی سایر لیگامانها و کپسول مفصلی، ارسال پیامهای حس عمقی را تکمیل می کنند.</font></p> <p><strong>Bachground and Aim:</strong>The anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) has both mechanical and sensory function. Knee joint proprioception has been tested utilizing either reproduction of position or threshold to detection of passive motion in non-weight bearing positions. It has been suggested that more functional and dynamic/active tests of proprioception may clarify the effect of injury and reconstruction on the proprioceptive function of the ACL at the knee.</p><p> The purpose of this study was assessment of knee joint position sense (JPS) following ACL reconstruction in functional position.</p><p><strong>Material and Method:</strong>12 patients who had undergone ACL reconstruction and 12 healthy control subjects participated in the study.</p><p>JPS was evaluated by reproduction of the angles in weight-bearing position with limb movement into flexion and extension.</p><p>The dominant-limb knee of healthy subjects and reconstructed and normal knee of the patients were selected for evaluation.</p><p>The knee angles were measured  by using a system comprised of digital photography, non-reflective markers and AutoCAD software. Absolute error was considered as a dependent variable.</p><p><strong>Results:</strong>There were no significant differences between the operated and normal knee of the patients and between the patients and healthy control subjects. These results were observed in two tasks of limb movement into flexion and extension. The position had no significant effect on the absolute error in both groups. </p><p><strong>Conclusion and Discussion: </strong>The result of this study suggest that subjects who have undergone ACL reconstruction do not have a deficit in knee JPS when tested under functional weight bearing conditions.
