fa بررسی مقایسه ای عملکرد بینایی بین بیماران مبتلا به نوریت اپتیک قدامی و رترو بولبار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>چکیده </p><p></p><p>زمینه وهدف: باتوجه به اینکه بیماری نوریت اپتیک براساس وجود و یاعدم وجود تورم در دیسک بینایی به دوحالت نوریت اپتیک قدامی ونوریت رتروبولبار طبقه بندی میشود هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مقایسه ای عملکرد های بینایی بین بیماران مبتلا به نوریت اپتیک قدامی و رترو بولبار می باشد. </p><p></p><p>روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی بر روی 48 بیمار در دسترس مبتلا به نوریت اپتیک، شامل 35 بیمار (26 زن) دچار نوریت رترو بولبار و13بیمار (10 زن) دچارنوریت اپتیک قدامی در محدوده ی سنی 45 – 18 سال انجام پذیرفت. این بیماران تحت آزمایشات بررسی کلینیکی عملکردهای بینایی شامل حدت بینایی، حساسیت کانتراست، دید رنگ قرار گرفتند. سپس داده های جمع آوری شده درفرم اطلاعاتی ثبت شده وتوسط نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه وتحلیل آماری قرار گرفت و از آزمون تی مستقل برای مقایسه معناداری اختلاف بین دوگروه مورد مطالعه استفاده شد. </p><p></p><p>یافته‌ها: جامعه مبتلا به نوریت اپتیک قدامی کمی مسن‌تر بودند (بطور میانگین 6/30سال در برابر 6/26 سال). میانگین آسیب عملکردهای بینایی در بیماران مبتلا به نوریت اپتیک قدامی شدیدتر ازمیانگین آسیب عملکردهای بینایی در بیماران مبتلا به نوریت رترو بولبار بود که در مورد نقص دید رنگ (005/ 0=,P00/3-t=) و حدت بینایی(048/0= , P74/1=t) این اختلاف معنادار و در مورد آستانه حساسیت کانتراست از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معناداری بین دو نوع بیماری نوریت قدامی و رتروبولبار نشان داده نشد (104/0=P). </p><p></p><p>نتیجه‌گیری: در نوریت اپتیک رتروبولبار که دارای نمای فاندوسکوپیک مشخصی نیست، شاخص کانتراست می‌تواند در تشخیص اولیه کمک کننده باشد. </p><p></p><p>کلید واژه ها: نوریت اپتیک قدامی ، نوریت اپتیک رتروبولبار، حدت بینایی، حساسیت کانتراست، دید رنگ </p> <p>Abstract </p><p>Background and Aim: consider ing based on the presence or absence of swelling of the optic disc, optic neuritis classified nto two types of anterior and retrobulbar optic neuritis. The aim of this study was to compare the visual functions of patients with anterior optic neuritis and retrobulbar optic neuritis. </p><p></p><p>Materials and Methods:This cross-sectional study was conducted in 48 patients with optic neuritis including 35 patients (26 females) with retrobulbar optic neuritis and 13 patients (10 females) with anterior optic neuritis. Total cases aged ranging from 18 to 45 years old.The patients underwent clinical tests of visual functions, including visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and color vision. The collected data was recorded and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS software. The significance of the differences between two types of the diseases were calculated and compared by independent t-test. </p><p></p><p>Results: The anterior optic neuritis patients were slightly older than the retrobulbar optic neuritis ones (Average30.6yearsVs26.6years). Average defect to the visual functions was more severe in anterior optic neuritis in compare to retrobulbar. The visual functions of visual acuity (t=1.74, P=0.048) and color vision (t=-3.00, P=0.005) were significantly different between two types of the diseases.
