fa بررسی تأثیر پیچیدگی نحوی برحسب ساختار جمله و بند بر وقوع لکنت در کودکان پیش دبستانی فارسی زبان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong><strong>:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین پیچیدگی نحوی (به لحاظ ساختار جمله و بند) و وقوع لکنت در کودکان پیش دبستانی فارسی زبان می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>پژوهش مقطعی حاضر بر روی 15 کودک تک زبانه دارای لکنت، شامل ۱۲ پسر و ۳ دختر ۴ تا ۶ ساله فارسی زبان در شهر مشهد انجام گرفت. روش نمونه گیری، نمونه گیری آسان (در دسترس) بود. 30 دقیقه نمونه گفتار پیوسته محاوره‌ای کودک با گفتاردرمانگر، والدین (مادر یا پدر) در یک اتاق ساکت در یک مرکز گفتاردرمانی ضبط شد. .سپس تعداد 60 &nbsp;گفته تولید شده توسط هر کودک آوانگاری گردید و داده&shy;ها با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&shy;ها</strong><strong>:</strong> تفاوت معناداری بین گفته&shy;های روان (بدون لکنت) و لکنت شده&nbsp; از لحاظ پیچیدگی نحوی در ساختار جمله و بند مشاهده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که در سطح بند، با افزایش تعداد موضوع&shy;های فعل در هر دو بند پایه و پیرو، وقوع لکنت نیز به طور معناداری افزایش یافت. (01/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span>).&nbsp; افزون بر این، وقوع لکنت در جملات مرکب بیشتر از جملات ساده بود (01/0 ><span dir="LTR">P</span>) .</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در کودکان لکنتی پیش دبستانی فارسی زبان، بین متغیر پیچیدگی نحوی برحسب ساختار جمله و بند و وقوع لکنت ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>کلید واژه&shy;ها</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> پیچیدگی نحوی، جمله، بند، موضوع فعل، لکنت</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: The purpose of the present research is to investigate the relationship between syntactic complexity (in terms of sentence and clause structure) on the stuttering occurrence in pre-school Persian speaking children who stutter (CWS).</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: The present cross-sectional study was carried out on 15 monolingual CWS (12 boys and 3 girls) ranging in age from 4 to 6 years old in Mashhad. The convenience sampling method was used to collect data. The 30 minute spontaneous speech samples were recorded in a quiet room in speech therapy clinic while the child was speaking with the speech therapist or the parent (mother or father). The 60 numbers of the utterances produced by CWS were transcribed and then a paired T-test was used to analyze the data<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed significant differences between fluent and non-fluent utterances in terms of syntactic complexity of sentence and clause structure. The results indicated that at clausal level, by increasing the verb arguments in both the main and subordinate clauses, the stuttering occurrence was significantly increased (P<0.01).
