fa ترجمه و بررسی روایی و پایایی آزمون لکنت دوران کودکی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>ز</strong><strong>مینه و هدف:</strong> عملکرد ارتباطی کودکان لکنتی به شیوه های مختلفی ارزیابی می شود.آزمونهای استاندارد شده یک ابزار مهم برای ارزیابی مهارتهای ارتباطی کودکان بویژه لکنت هستند. هدف از این مطالعه<strong> </strong>تهیه نسخه فارسی و<strong> </strong>بررسی روایی و پایایی آزمون لکنت دوران کودکی بود.<br><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این پژوهش روی 40 کودک لکنتی و 40 کودک غیر لکنتی انجام شد. بعد ازترجمه و معادل سازی آزمون لکنت دوران کودکی(Test of Childhood Stuttering:TOCS) به زبان فارسی ، روایی محتوایی و صوری این آزمون بر اساس نظر صاحبنظران مشخص شد. سپس برای تعیین روایی همزمان، این آزمون به همراه آزمون سنجش شدت لکنت3ُStuttering Severity Instrument 3 : SSI3 )   )بعنوان آزمون استاندارد طلایی بر روی 80 کودک لکنتی و غیر لکنتی انجام شد. همچنین به منظور بررسی پایایی آزمون ازشیوه های آزمون باز آزمون و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد .<br><strong>یافته ­ها:</strong> تمامی سوالات موجود در آزمون، ترجمه آسان ، کیفیت مطلوب و همچنین روایی محتوایی و صوری داشتند .همبستگی میان نمرات دو آزمون TOCSو SSI3( 92/0 r = ،000/0p< ) بدست آمدو ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای کل آزمون ( 90/0α = ،000/0p< ) بود  همچنین نسخه فارسی آزمون TOCS پایایی آزمون - بازآزمون داشتند(97/0 ICC =، 000/0p<).<br><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> : نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاضر بیانگر این بود که نسخه فارسی و معادل سازی شده آزمون لکنت دوران کودکی از روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی برای کودکان فارسی زبان برخوردار است <strong></strong><p></p> <p><strong>Background and aim: </strong>The communicative functioning of children who stutter can be assessed in a variety of ways. Standardized tests are an important tool to assess communication skills particularly in stuttering children .The purpose of the present study was to translate the Test of childhood Stuttering (TOCS) into persian and investigation of validity and reliability of the test .<br><strong>Materials and methods: </strong>In this research, 40 stutterers and 40 non-stutterer were evaluated. After the translation of the Test according to Protocol IQOLA and its equalization to Persian Language, Content validity and Face validity of it were determined by the opinions of experts. Then, for concurrent validity determination 80 stutterer and non-stutterer children were examined by TOCS and SSI3 .In order to test reliability, test -retest and Cronbach,s alpha were used.<br><strong>Results: </strong>Entirely relevant items had simple translation. The translation items had content and face validity correlation between the marks of TOCS and SSI3 (p=0.000, r= %92).
