fa بررسی مقایسه ای میزان شیوع علایمی با نام سندرم بیماریهای تاریکخانه بین شاغلین بخشهای رادیولوژی و فیزیوتراپی بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: با توجه به مطالعات انجام یافته و گزارش شیوع بیماریهای تاریکخانه‌ای در بین شاغلین بخشهای رادیولوژی بیمارستانها تصمیم گرفته شد شیوع این عوارض بین تکنولوژیستهای رادیولوژی بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران (13 بیمارستان) جهت وجود هر گونه ارتباط بین وقوع این عوارض و استفاده از مواد شیمیایی ظهور و ثبوت فیلمهای رادیولوژی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.<br><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: از کل پرسنل بخشهای رادیولوژی، تعداد 69 نفر از تکنولوژیستهای رادیولوژی و 72 نفر از فیزیوتراپهای شاغل در این بیمارستانها به صورت گروه مواجهه و کنترل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. با مقایسه دو گروه، پیامدهای مورد نظر از قبیل التهابات پوستی، آلرژی، سوزش چشم و گلو، ناراحتیهای تنفسی، و غیره بررسی شد.<br><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: اطلاعات فراهم آمده نشان داد عوارضی مانند عارضه تنفـس سطـحی درمردان (045/0 = P) و کل گروه (013/0= P) و حالت تهوع در مردان (049/0 = P) در گروه رادیولوژی نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی داری را نشان می‌دهد. در گروه کنترل عارضه زکام در بین مردان و هم چنین در کل گروه (044/0 = P و 046/0 = P به ترتیب) و عارضه درد مفاصل در مردان گروه (04/0= P) نسبت به گروه مواجهه بیشتر بوده و تفاوت معنی دار است.<br><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong><strong> </strong>به نظر می رسد استفاده از مواد شیمیایی ظهور و ثبوت در بخش رادیولوژی سبب شیوع عوارض تنفس سطحی و حالت تهوع در میان تکنولوژیستهای رادیولوژی شده است ( 05/0 < P). هم چنین احتمال ارتباط بین وجود عارضه التهابات پوستی و سابقه این بیماری وجود دارد.</p> </span> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Symptoms of the "Darkroom Disease" amongst X-ray personnel are well reported. In this study, radiographers have been compared to physiotherapists to see if there is any link between the occurrences of symptoms with processing chemicals. The aim of this study was to find the prevalence of these symptoms amongst radiographers.<br><strong></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials and methods:</strong> Sixty nine radiographers from 13 hospitals of Tehran Medical School University were compared with 72 physiotherapists from those hospitals.
